Property was exactly how it was listed. Sarah was very fast on answering emails. Was a last minute stay, as we were supposed to be in Florida, but the hurricane changes our plans. Only thing that would have been nice was a few more ice cube trays, since you have to drive to get ice else. Also the balcony is extremely small and close to the neighbors, so on a busy week you don't have the privacy, but that was not a problem for us.

This unit was very nice and well maintained. The view of the morning sunrise from the balcony was amazing. The host was very prompt in answering questions and providing information.

We have stayed in the meridian many times over the last 20 years, the new pier, wasn't expected! And the pool was a little cool for me.and I heard from others the same ,hot tub was fine over all a great stay.

The communication with Sara was excellent. She is very responsive. The room definitely looks bigger in pictures, but is still a decent size. The view is amazing from the top floor. The balcony is small, but comfortably fits the two chairs and a little table. But you can see and hear the neighbors on your floor when they are on their balcony. The building is older and does not have a lobby or anyone on site 24/7. However, there are employees around cleaning things and picking up almost all day. The building does smell a little musty, but it was so humid outside while we were there i’m sure that contributed. The room did have a little bit of a musty smell, but it was not noticeable after five minutes in the room. We did turn the air conditioner up when we left for the day so it wasn’t so cold when we came back, but it was definitely muggy in the room when we came back as well. There is a dehumidifier in the room, and that might have helped if we had used it, but I didn’t notice it until it was too late. There were three beach chairs, an umbrella, and some sand pails in our room.

Property just as pictured!! View was Amazing! Beds very comfortable *****! I loved the big bathtub an fabulous shower head! Hot tubs an pools whole property kept very clean and worked great!!! Can’t wait to return. Host easy to contact an response is quick!!!! Five stars!!!! I can’t wait to return!

The condo was just as pictured. Ocean front with amazing view. Our host made sure everything we could need was there. It was worth the price we spent! Can’t wait to book with Namastays again!!!
