This house is perfect for people visiting the Bay Area, specifically The East Bay, Berkeley Richmond, and even San Francisco is only 25 minutes away by car or Bart train.
Our lovely large home can sleeps 10 guests comfortably; it has 1 king bed, 2 bunk beds, and 4 single beds that can accommodate large groups, ideal for family, guys trip, or gals getaway and business travelers.

Our large home is recently renovated, well decorated with an open layout living area into the dining area. Cook yourself and your group a warm meal in a well-equipped kitchen. Dine alfresco and enjoy our patio area. Also features wifi, large flat-screen tv, a full kitchen, free parking, a washer, and a dryer are onsite, making your stay extra convenient!

-Please note that we charge a $75 pet fee per pup and additional pets are $50 each which will be charge separately. This does not cover any damage that may be incurred or cleaning up excessive pet hair or waste.
-IMPORTANT: Dog poop must be picked up - especially in front of the property or on the street as there will be a FINE of $200.

As far as bringing a pet, we can not accept pets that are vicious breed dogs and or animals that are not fully potty trained or will possibly scratch furniture. We have some new furniture inside and will have to do a close inspection before and after to make sure there is no damage which we have to consider in regards to the security deposit, including smell or hair. Guests should be able to clean any hair out before leaving.
-$25 fee for Excessive pet hair cleaning up.

PLEASE NOTE: Primary guest that has below 4 stars reviews. We will require a $500 additional deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay, given that there are no issues or any damages.

Also, please note that the property is located on a busy road, kindly be cautious when walking on the busy street and always use the designated pedestrian crossing if there is one and as well as the footpaths.

Parking: There are two driveway parking spots and free street parking. There is not a lot of immediately available Street parking but easy to find 1 or 2 spots on the block, more spots would need to walk further.

REMINDERS:
- Even for longer stays we only provide starting supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish sponge, dish soap, body soap, and shampoo. You will need to buy your own after it`s all used up.

- Please do not receive mail here••We recommend getting a PO Box.
