Amazing mini-vacation

Loved the property, location, and amenities! It was perfect for my husband and me. The space was just enough, the jacuzzi tub was amazing, and the location was perfect being right on the sound and a short walk to the ocean.

Perfect getaway

The condo was exactly as described and is perfect for a single person or a couple. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was furnished except for personal hygiene essentials It is a close walk to a beautiful beach front that wasn't crowded and the sunsets on the Sound side were breathtaking. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Nice beach stay!

I enjoyed this rental. It had everything I needed for a weekend getaway. There was a pier a short walk from the unit overlooking the sound. Beach access was also very easy to get to- just across the road and one block over. I had a great stay here and would recommend it!

Wonderful Experience

Condo was exactly what we imagined, plus more. Cute, spatious condo. Small refreshibg walk to the beach. The locals at Emerald Isle and in the complex were very friendly.

We loved this place! It was perfect for the 2 of us. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, was the tv on the porch had streaming channels and a huge selection of movies, but the tv inside was old school cable and had no streaming at all. We were there for a wedding so by Saturday we were beat and the weather was awful and we wanted to lie in bed and movie out. But other than a couple glitches checking in, our stay was great.

Great Location!

Great location, easy walk to the beach & the lagoon/bay in the back! Cute spot for a weekend trip. Pretty much the only complaints were the dishwasher being full when we got there. Pretty sure it was all clean but never unloaded & the tub does not drain well.

Great little place! Everything was awesome except the bathtub is in desperate need of cleaning/replacing. It was dirty and old. That being said, we would stay again because the positive things outweigh the dirty old tub/shower

It is a great property and was exactly what we wanted.We did find the living room TV difficult to set up for network news. A sheet outlining a step by step process would be helpful for both TVs.Kitchen appliances and supplies were wonderful. We felt at home and would stay again.

Quick and quiet getaway

We have stayed here several times as a family. It is a quiet space with close access to beach and the sound. The beach is about a block walk, but a very easy walk. And, access to a not so busy part of the beach. It is in so busy part of Emerald Isle as well, but still close to some very nice restaurants.

Great Location

Property was as advertised and included everything we needed for our stay! We appreciated the snacks & the ice maker in the full size fridge. Located right on the sound and beach access was right across the street and less than a block away. Great quiet location on the beach. Host was receptive and picking up the keys from the property management company was easy.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was smaller than we expected, but it had every comfort that we needed. It was in a great location, a few yards from the sound. The view was awesome. It was in walking distance to the ocean. The area was quiet, peaceful and everyone was so friendly. We have already recommended it to our friends.

Vacation 6/22-26

Really enjoyed our stay! Perfect sunset spot with the Sound being right there to enjoy after dinner. Short little commute to the beach which wasn't crowded every day we went. The only complaint we had was that there aren't any charcoal grills like in the pictures next to the kayak rack. We notified the property manager and they apologized that the information wasn't up to date as they had rusted out the year prior. They also said they would update their page for the property. Other than that we had an awesome time!

What A Wonderful Hidden Gem

Let me just say what an absolutely wonderful place to rest and relax. While initially, there was a small hiccup upon my arrival (absolutely no fault of Caroline's), she was immediately on top of it and within 30 minutes had everything handled with the property management. I had a late evening arrival, so after hours communication was tricky. Really no cons. The place was lovely and well kept and everything that you needed for the stay was there. If you're looking for a very quiet relaxing place to decompress, I would definitely recommend this place.

Cute place. Quiet community. We enjoyed meeting some of the other guests. We couldn’t get the key until 4 pm, which is late, and even then when we arrived a bag of trash was on the bench outside (they came back for) and we got a knock at the door asking if we needed them to make the bed… but the bed was made? A little confusing. The space was furnished so cute. The owner has supplied everything you can imagine in the kitchen. Needs a full length mirror maybe on the door to the bathroom or behind it and blinds on the main door rather than a curtain would be a great add. Otherwise a great space!

EI Well Needed Getaway

Our get away was a well needed retreat from the mayhem of our lives lately. This place was the perfect location - and we loved that we could walk to the left and in seconds be sitting on a pier overlooking the sound at sunset,OR walk to the right and be at the oceanfront in 3 minutes. Beautiful beachy decor and updated kitchen felt so cozy and well suited to our needs. Owner was extremely accommodating allowing us to stay a couple of extra hours on check-out day, since no one was checking in directly behind us. ( Suggestion: The bed could use a better mattress and the doors were extremely difficult to lock an unlock). Other than that, it was PERfect !!!

Emerald Isle visit

Everything was perfect. I read other reviews, and folks spoke of the property to be "small". I was expecting "small" but found it to be a perfect size with lots of room. There was plenty of everything - extra bath towels, kitchen towels, condiments in the cupboards, cooking equipment, etc. The bed was really comfortable. AND....there were nice snacks for us. I brought ground coffee and a filter only to find that there was a Keurig there. They actually supplied us with 4 Keurig pods too. It was an easy walk to the beach - across the main road and down about 2 blocks. There were chairs on the sound side if a person wants to relax. Working with Caroline was so nice - she answered every question quickly and gave me restaurant suggestions when I asked for them. I'd stay here again for sure. Thank you Caroline for all you did to help me plan for my stay. This place was so cute. My only suggestion was the very front door lock being difficult - it took some getting used to, but there were directions on the wall behind the curtain. Parking was easy in the front of the unit as well. All is all it was perfect
