The house was very nice and in a great location that met our needs. Easy to get around the area. Looking forward to our future scheduled rentals at the house!

Cute 2 bedroom 2 bath in the villages. We didn’t use the included golf cart because we were unfamiliar with driving one. There are so many things to do here, we need to come back!Only thing I would suggest to update the flooring because it was wall to wall carpet. We took our shoes off at the door so as not to dirty the rugs.

Stayed at this residence for about 45 days. Spacious and clean. Excellent location. Great management. Would definitely stay again.

Over all a good vacation from 25th September to 24th November.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental experience Was good. But the carped needs to be cleaned.

Had everything we needed for our stay. We had one issue that the property management took care of quickly and easily. Enjoyed out stay and looking forward to renting this place again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was excellent for golfers. The steering wheel on golf cart appeared home made and there was no place to put score card. There was. No place to put sand to replace divots. The house was basic,nothing special. Five light bulbs were burned out. All the cleaning products were practically empty. It’s my understanding that is you use them up, you should replace them. It would have cost a lot of money to do so. If I’m spending $5000 to rent they could supply the cleaning supplies. Down HOme Properties was very helpful and great people to deal with.
