- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the condo)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors
- ALL PETS MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE BOOKING

Great location!

I highly recommend staying at this property. The communication was unlike any other property we have stayed at. Everyone was super responsive. The location is convenient. It's close enough to town yet peaceful. The house was extremely clean, well decorated, and equipped with all necessities. We loved the place and look forward to returning in the future!

Great ski condo! Great location! New everything

A great base to call home for a week. Beds and furniture are very comfortable. Appliances, cookware, and kitchen things are new and work perfectly. Great communication with manager. Our teens loved the game room. My only negative is that the HVAC system has a learning curve so you are neither freezing or sweating. We figured out the balance on the 3rd night. No matter, we would stay here again without question. Thank you for having us.

This unit was clean. Property manager had good communication and answered his phone very quickly when we had an issue. There were 3 ac units but just know they aren't in every bedroom. The king bed is a memory foam and the queen is a spring which was a little hard. But not too bad.
