We had family come in from Ohio, Florida, Colorado, and Oklahoma. The cabin was spacious and had everything we needed. There were 24 of us and we never felt we were on top of each other. There were some minor cleanliness issues, but all in all it was fantastic!! Would definitely rent again!!

The cabin was perfect! The pool was definitely the favorite for the birthday girl. All the kids enjoyed hours of swimming. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do and yet far enough away to just sit and enjoy the peace & quiet. We definitely would stay here again!

Cabin was clean, host was great and made sure to meet our needs. Cabin size was great for my family of 18. Kids really enjoyed the pool.

Great property for large groups. Pool, hot tub and property were clean. Ample supplies…dishes, pots, pans, etc. for all basics. Refrigerator water/ice dispenser didn’t work, but otherwise everything was operational. Pool was warm but not hot (would’ve liked it just slightly warmer). Large kitchen table was ideal for like our group for dining as well as playing games. Near enough to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. No seating around fire pit. Just two chairs on deck. Needs more seating outside. Any questions we had were answered quickly. All around, we had a great time and would recommend this property!

The cabin is overall showing age and lacking maintenance. Some of the doors were difficult to shut, open, and securely lock. The cabin itself wasn't the cleanest. We swept the floors as we kept finding broken glass and collected a lot of dirt. An upstairs toilet leaked. We had to buy batteries for some of the remotes. The hot tub had broken glass in it, so we couldn't use it for most of the stay.

We had an amazing time in this cabin! It was beautiful and very accommodating. If we needed anything or had an issue they would email or text back right away. It was everything we imagined and more. We would 10/10 recommend it to everyone! Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

It was amazing, everything that said about the cabin was amazing. The kids and adults loved every bit, especially thy pool. Would definitely do it again.

Excellent Family Getaway!
We had the best time in this spacious cabin! All of us slept comfortably and the kids had so much to do with the games, theatre, indoor pool, hot tub and fire pit! We loved the big long table where we could all eat comfortably together! It was great to be able to bring ours dogs as well!

Kept teenagers entertained without a screen!
The house was great for teens! Also, the location is perfect if you are a National Park lover but not a crowd lover. There are some amazing hikes just 8 minutes from the house within SMNP! Also, go rafting! So fun and they need the business after the hurricane.

Cosby, Tennessee cabin
The cabin was located in the woods of Cosby. It was very convenient to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountains. Check in and out was very convenient. It was clean and spacious.

The property was amazing. There was enough room for everyone and stuff for everyone to do. Some of us even got to see a bear stroll along the side of the cabin. It was an awesome adventure and hopefuuly we will be able to do it ahain soon.
