Step into Once Upon a Tide and let the good times roll. This NEWLY renovated 3/3 home hosts all you could want for a relaxing, memorable, and worth while stay in Jax Beach. Fully equipped kitchen for family meals. Watch your favorite team on the back porch which boasts large 12ft island, gas fire pit, TV and grill. Play corn hole or bike ride to the beach on a provided bike.You'll be treated as family and we pride ourselves in providing an atmosphere for memory making! WE'RE CLEAN and close to Mayo.Once

This house is great for Mayo patients as the bed is adjustable In the master on both sides with 2 separate remotes and is all one level. This is a family neighborhood so we can't host your 21st birthday! But, family gatherings can be discussed and all house rules would be applied. Disney is only 2.5 hours away! Our Jacksonville Zoo and EverBank stadium are both 30 minutes away. You'll get the benefits of a big city while staying on the out skirts as a local laid back beach resident during your stay. Any length of stay can be discussed. If any party, or things not discussed go on you'll be asked to leave with no refund and charged a fee. Please feel free to message with any questions. As our guest you have our personal guareentee that memories will be made and that all things stated will be provided (and working!). Cleanliness is our top priority. If we wouldn't lay our heads here neither would our guests.

Wonderful house! We loved everything from the large great room/kitchen with massive island, the fun game room in the garage, to the fabulous backyard with a huge table, tv, gas grill and large yard where we played cornhole and had a family cookout. The owner Amber was great and responded promptly. Highly recommend! We will defiantly be back!

Great place to stay!

Great vacation rental, beautifully updated and very comfortable. Everything you could need for a great stay, super comfy beds, great outdoor space and plenty of room for everyone to hang out either inside or out. Had a great time with family making lots of memories. Also located close to everything we needed. Will definitely book again when in the area. Highly recommend!!!

Long Weekend

We enjoyed this house. We had two couples and an adult child. There was plenty of space. The house was very clean. Everything has been remodeled and I’m guessing it’s within two years old. Amber is very organized and communicates very well. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Nicely-renovated house within walking distance of the beach

This property was really cute, very comfortable, and convenient to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The owners renovated it from top to bottom and did a wonderful job. We stayed for the week, and the house served our needs very well. The host, Amber, was very communicative and responsive. There was only one issue with the Vrbo description not exactly matching the property's listed amenities. It seemed to be an issue with Vrbo's website, but Amber addressed it quickly and to our satisfaction. We would definitely book this property again in the future and would unhesitatingly recommend Amber as a host.
