However, we are truly sorry for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. We apologize for the issues with the blender, coffee machine, refrigerator water filter, ice maker, and vacuum. Had we known about these concerns, we would have addressed them immediately to ensure your stay was more comfortable. Regarding the towels and the laundry service, we deeply regret the miscommunication and the delay in providing fresh towels. Our aim is to offer prompt and efficient service, and we apologize for the unnecessary stress and frustration this situation caused. We are addressing this internally to ensure better communication and service in the future. As for the laundry room, we understand the inconvenience of the cash/coin-only system. Guests can get cash back at the front desk using their credit card. Your feedback about the management of linens and the need for transparency is highly valuable. We are taking your comments seriously and will work on improving our processes to prevent such issues from occurring again.
