Newly renovated from top to bottom! Brand new wood look tile flooring, new ceiling and ceiling fans, new AC unit, the whole condo is freshly painted, new stairs, etc... 2 Story Condo in the HIGHLY desirable Pelican. Sleeps up to 6. Every amenity you could want for you and your family. Enjoy the Pelicans flying right by the balcony as you sip your coffee and enjoy the ocean views. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves at night in your brand-new top floor master bedroom suite (no upstairs neighbors!) Both bedrooms are upstairs, each have their own shiny new bathrooms and walk in showers. All linens and towels are there for you to use as well as some bathroom essentials.
Fully stocked kitchen with anything anyone could need or want at the beach. Brand new granite, appliances, dishes, towels, etc.. Living room has a big screen smart tv with cable and separate stereo speakers (internet is also provided). The new furniture in the living room boasts two super comfy leather reclining chairs and a pullout queen size couch. There is also a dining table with four chairs and chairs at the kitchen bar as well. The unit is stocked with many games and puzzles for your enjoyment as well as beach chairs, toys, and beach essentials. Both floors are ocean front with 2 different balconies, walk right out to the world famous New Smyrna beach right from your pool deck, two ocean front pools ( one heated), outdoor propane grills, shuffleboard, and plenty of outdoor oceanfront seating with umbrellas! Walking distance to Flagler Ave where you will find the most adorable local shops and restaurants. Family owned.

Wonderful Stay

Condo was absolutely gorgeous and had everything you could think of to need. It truely felt like home. Everything was as pictured and Brandi was so easy to work with. She was so helpful with all the information she provided. Would definitely stay there again if we are ever back in the area.

Amazing!!

This property was one of the best we've stayed in! It was very clean, great decor, wonderful view of the ocean, plently of space and had everything we needed for our beach vacation (beach towels, cooler, beach bag, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys). I loved that the bedrooms were upstairs for the early to bed/early risers. We would definitely stay here again!

Time at the beach after crazy Orlando!

Relaxing stay at the beach after volleyball tournament in Orlando. The kitchen was well stocked to cook for the family! I appreciate that most of all.

Fantastic Property

This is a great condo in New Smyrna Beach. Owners were very helpful, and the condo has been totally renovated. All the appliances were first rate. We look forward to staying here again.

Heaven on NSB

The condo is beautifully appointed with plenty of room to stretch out and relax. If you’re wanting to save money by cooking your own meals, there are plenty of kitchen utensils/pots/pans etc to work with. The property itself is also quite nice. My husband and I enjoyed lounging on the pool deck closest to the ocean and just relaxing to the sounds of the waves crashing on shore. Hoping to stay again.

This place is a gem. Great location and very clean with plenty of comfy seating and well appointed kitchen. Nice set of beach equipment. Host was easy to get a hold of and very nice. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Condo

We love this condo so much that we returned a second time to stay in it. The hostess was great with communication and it was very clean. The only issue we had is the elevators were out about 50% of the time so we had to climb five stories to get to it, luggage and all. We understand this is out of the owners control. Other than that it was fantastic.

Winter Stay in New Smyrna Beach

This property was wonderful for our 2+ month stay on the beach. It was clean, remodeled and exactly as pictured & stated on the website. We had no issues. The owners were very nice and checked in with us online periodically to see if all was going well. The Pelican property is very nice and this unit was a fabulous "home away from home" to escape the northern winter. I would not hesitate to book again!

Wonderful property!!!

This property is one of the best we've ever stayed in!!! The views of the ocean are stunning, and the pictures do not do it justice! It is very clean and well maintained. The property owner was wonderful to work with and communicated everything, which made our stay stress free! Our family of five had plenty of room! The kitchen has everything you could ever need, and the beach chairs and toys were awesome to have! We really appreciated how everything was there and included! The pools were awesome and great to use for the family! The beach access was perfect! We even saw a space launch from the balcony, which was awesome!!! I highly recommend this property!

The Family Girl’s Trip

We loved everything about this last minute beach trip! Wendy and Lou could not have been more gracious and thorough providing us with a beautiful, brand new space to relax and enjoy a few days. There is nothing more special than spending early mornings together watching the sun rise over the ocean. The view is spectacular and from the master bedroom you feel like you are on the ocean. This was exactly what we hoped for (rest and ocean views for our mom and fun pool play for my daughter) Did I mention one of the pools was heated? That was bonus for me! We are so grateful to you both for being such kind hosts! Your communication made the experience a complete success. Thank you again!

Best Views within Pelican

This is our second time staying at Pelican and first time in one of the townhouses. This two story townhouse provides completely unobstructed ocean views from both the living space and the master bedroom. Both bedrooms have king sized beds and provided enough space that even our sideway sleeping kids could share a a room comfortably. The condo invites you to relax by providing ample space to unpack and unwind and if your traveling with your kids the 2 stories gives some separation so that you can spread out. Since it’s an end unit/penthouse those traveling with children will appreciate not having neighbors on one side or above you. It is a bit more work to get upstairs with supplies or for bathroom/lunch breaks while at the pool (since there are no shared bathrooms poolside). The trade off for being higher up with this unit would be the amazing view, fully stocked kitchen/linen closet, thoughtful renovations, and lovely owners. Everything from laundry detergent, sunblock, beach chairs, garbage bags, and a dish drying rack were provided. We really appreciated that we could spend the first day stocking up on food but not immediately needing to rush to the store for everyday staples. My husband really liked that there weren’t a bunch of knick knacks and tchotchkes lying around. There were a few light and tasteful decor items so you didn’t feel like you were moving into someone else’s lived in and cluttered space. This townhouse is airy and bright and seems to be one of the nicest units within Pelican. As an added bonus there was little traffic and not a single car parked on the beach in front of the complex during our stay. Waking up in bed with only the ocean view in sight we knew we had made a good choice with this rental. The owners really set you up to feel at home and at ease. We had a wonderful stay!

This is our 5th time staying in this condo. As always the unit is clean and ready for our arrival for our girls trip. Brandi is always available if needed. The view from the balcony is superb and if you’re lucky you’ll see many pelican’s flying by early in the morning and also later in the day. The pictures of this unit don’t lie it’s perfect for your beach trip.

This is the second time our family has stayed at this condo. It is absolutely wonderful! The views are incredible, the furniture and decor are beautiful, and the pools were awesome! We had an amazing stay in this condo. The location right on the beach was wonderful! It was so easy to just take the elevator down to enjoy the 2 pools and beach. The condo was well-appointed and had everything we needed.
