About this space
Nestled in a quiet golf course community, you will enjoy green belts and a lake view with waterfowl. Sports enthusiasts will love the Peoria Sports Complex, home of the Padres and Mariners! State Farm Stadium is a 15-minute drive, and golfers can use a nearby public course. Explore nearby shopping and dining at Arrowhead Towne Center, and P83 entertainment district. The vibrant Westgate Entertainment District is also an easy drive. Hikers will revel in nearby Thunderbird Conservation Park.

The space
Come and stay in our conveniently located lakeside home with a pool! Our home comfortably sleeps 6 guests. You will find 2 queen beds, 1 double bed, and 1 twin bed.
Create great memories at pool and lakeside. Barbecue and dine on the covered patio, relax in the chaise lounges and observe an endless variety of lake waterfowl. In the warmer months, take a dip in the refreshing pool.
The living room features comfortable seating, and a 65" Smart Roku 4K TV. You'll be able to view Paramount TV, as well as sign into your own Prime and Netflix accounts. Xbox is available with your subscription. There is also a Blueray/DVD player available for your use.
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. You'll find a radiant top range, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with filtered water and ice. Cooking and dining utensils stock the drawers and shelves. There is also a pantry to store your food supplies. In the adjoining dining room, you'll find a dining set for six, a coffee bar with a Keurig, along with extra mugs and wine glasses.
Downstairs, Bedroom room 1 has a queen bed, a luggage bench and a wall to wall closet. Bedroom 2 has 1 double bed, 1 twin, a wall to wall closet. You will wake up in the morning with lovely view to the pool and lake.
The downstairs bathroom features a shower and tub combination. You'll find all the needed amenities stocked.
The spacious master bedroom upstairs features a queen bed, a 65" 4K Smart Roku TV (with all the same programming features as downstairs), a dresser, a luggage bench, a loveseat, and a desk with a comfortable chair. It is attached to a generously sized bathroom with double sinks, a large bath tub, and a separate shower.

Observe quiet hours after 9 PM weekdays and 10 PM weekends. Fines from the City of Glendale for noise disturbances would be conveyed to you.

Spring Training Getaway

Great location, close proximity to Peoria sports complex and many other amenities. Hosts were very kind and made us feel welcomed. We had 4 adults and 1 teen and the size was comfortable for us. Beautiful backyard, nice quiet neighborhood.

The house was exactly as described. Super clean, great location and communication with the owners could not be easier. Letting me choose the door code was over the top. The outdoor space is very nice. Came in handy after golfing all day. The house is super close to everything! I would absolutely stay at this house again if available!!

Excellent Stay- Spacious, Comfortable, Everything we needed

The house was spotless and had everything we needed. My partner and I felt spoiled by the beautiful master suite and bathroom. We were in from out of town and we felt like we were home as far as location to amenities and events, and comfort. and we felt like we were on vacation with backyard pool, beautiful views and spacious living areas. Hosts were friendly and helpful.

March madness

Recent to the phoenix area for the final four! Being in a home allows us the opportunity to be together as a family. Many nice hiking opportunities, restaurants, and not far from State Farm stadium. The just was incredibly responsive! Overall a great stay.

Wonderful time in Phoenix area!

We went to Phoenix for several baseball games and wanted a place that we could come back to, rest, cook and enjoy ourselves. THIS PLACE WAS PERFECT! The boys enjoyed unwinding in the pool and there was plenty of room for them to spread out in the evenings to have their privacy when needed. The managers were AWESOME! We didn’t need anything while we were there, but contacted them several times before our stay and they were quick to respond. We will for sure book this house again the next time we are baseballing in Phoenix!

Great property in a Very Convenient Location

Our stay in this house was wonderful. Nice amenities, comfortable, and good location. Amenities included very large TVs with Roku, updated bathrooms, and even 2 different coffee makers in the kitchen! The location was great for us. We were within 10 minutes drive of everything we needed to do. Only issue at all was a loose bannister on the stairs leading up to the top floor that should be addressed. Overall, everything was exceptional. Best of all, the owners were very quick to follow-up and accommodating of our requests. Just great to work with. When coming back to the area, we’d definitely stay here again, without hesitation. Thank you.
