The condo was as is pictured except for the living room chair/furniture. That was not the chair that was in our unit. The floors were sandy upon arrival, but I don't think that can be helped. The dishes all had a film on them but I think that is the dishwasher. Communication was good when I sent a text. The property employees were all pleasant. I don't feel like the price was in line with the unit.
