Construction of Keystones new Kindred has officially begun and will be taking place through 2025. Please be aware when booking that nearby construction will be ongoing. Skyrun will not provide any refunds or allow property changes due to construction, increased walk time to lifts, noise, or ongoing work in this area. This slopeside, 2 bedroom and 3 full bathroom condo sleeps 6 very comfortably and can sleep up to 8 people. The comfortable living room is perfect for relaxing in front of the gas fireplace or watching a movie on the flat screen TV. There is a queen size Murphy bed that easily folds down from the wall between the cozy living room and the dining room table, which seats up to 8 people for when you utilize the fully stocked kitchen. The balcony has a perfectly breathtaking view of the slopes and the Gondola. The unit is so close that you can ski down for lunch! There is a third full bathroom which features a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination to accommodate any extra guests.
The primary bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV, and en-suite bathroom that features double sinks and a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, and also has a bathroom en-suite with a shower/tub combination.
Red Hawk is amenity rich with a private year-round heated outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, fitness center, sauna, steam room, inviting lobby with pool table, game tables and private ski lockers with plenty of room for snowboards or skis! Enjoy all of the extra space and a third bathroom in River Run, but quiet and close to slopes. Come enjoy amenity-rich Red Hawk Lodge!There is one available parking spot for this condo.

Everything was good. It was a little annoying having the fire alarm go off with a hot shower in the master bath. And there were no pot holders in the kitchen. But otherwise, no major complaints - I’d stay there again.

Amazing Location

My family stayed at this condo for a ski/snowboard vacation in March, and it was absolutely wonderful. The unit is decorated very nicely and it is quite comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we really appreciated the convenience of the unit having coffee, paper towels, dish detergent, toilet paper, etc. We had seven adults in our party and the amount of space worked fine ... maybe a little tight, but having three bathrooms made it much easier. The location and view from this unit is amazing. We could walk to the gondola and/or lift whenever we wanted and not have to coordinate getting everyone in a vehicle at the same time to hit the slopes. The shops and restaurants nearby were lovely. Having a garage under the building was quite handy. The fact that we had fresh snow to ski and board on made the trip outstanding!

Great condo for family

This condo was perfect for my daughter and her husband, my son and grandson and myself. We all had our own sleeping space and bathroom. Check in was easy. We were able to check in an hour earlier than expected. Underground parking was wonderful not having to unload/load the car in the elements. Luggage carts available. Plenty of towels in each of the bathrooms. Kitchen well stocked and efficient. Only thing missing were hot pads. Bonus finding crockpots in the closet! Due to COVID we fixed all of our meals in the condo. Easy walk to the gondola, Summit Express and kid’s ski school. Balcony faced the slopes with beautiful Colorado sunshine all afternoon.

The condo was perfect for my family as we enjoyed a weekend of skiing. SkyRun had a very easy check in process and assisted with questions. The condo was clean and stocked with nice shampoo and conditioners. Loved the baby bottles of sanitizer too. We had a fabulous time.

Nice Condo - Easy walk to hill

The property was very nice! It was well appointed, larger than I expected and clean. On-site check-in would have been nice bu it was just a short drive and took only a minute. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends!

Our family of 4 had a great time! Our condo was smallish but clean, with 3 full baths! The location was perfect - very close to the Gondola and River Run Village. This made it easy to walk back (a few hundred feet) at lunchtime or when we needed a break from skiing (the Pandemic limited our access to mountaintop and River Run food venues during our stay). We have stayed at Keystone several times now and will continue to recommend the folks at SkyRun!

Nice condo

The condo itself is fantastic. I wouldn’t want to have stayed with more than 6 people though as it would be very crowded in the living space if everyone is hanging out. For our family of 5 it was perfect. The proximity to the gondola was ideal as it is very close. The property management company is hard to get ahold of. The sleeper sofa had an empty container of eye lubricant and the sheets looked dirty when we opened it. We just changed them, as there were plenty of sheets.

This condo has a great location, with a view of the slopes and gondola. Less than a 5 minute walk, allowing you to quickly come back in for a long lunch. Condo is great, beds are comfortable, and it's close enough to the elevator without being too close.

Great location and nice place to stay

We stayed here for 3 nights with our 2 children (ages 7 and 9). We loved how close it is to the River Run gondola. I worried that it was farther than the Springs, but the Springs is directly across the street. Plus there are a ton of big wheeled wagons around to transport your ski gear. The beds were very comfortable. We also tried out the murphy bed, which was uncomfortable for me but just fine for the kids. I was surprised how quiet the unit was, even when there was a party across the hall. There's plenty of space in the closets to store all of your stuff. They even have a ski locker on the first floor. Also as an FYI, every bathroom has a hair dryer, so no need to bring your own. The kitchen had plenty of plates, glasses, cups, etc. There was also a nice view of the ski run (I think most rooms have some type of view from the mountains). They have an outdoor hot tub, but they heated the outdoor pool to roughly 120 degrees to serve as a giant hot tub due to the cold weather and to accommodate everyone who wanted to use it. You can easily walk into town for dinner. One night we even walked over to the gondola and took it up to the top to have dinner at a fondue restaurant. The parking lot is under the building, which was really convenient. There's no washer/dryer in the unit, but there's a shared washer/dryer in the building (bring lots of quarters!). We had to find the washer/dryer after our 7 year old got sick in the car from altitude sickness (which resolved by the next day)...fun! The unit was really warm inside, even after we turned the heat down as far as it would go. I'm guessing we were getting the heat from the units below and beside us. We remedied this by cracking a window at night and when getting ready in the morning. Overall it was a really nice place and plenty of space for our family. We would definitely go back!

View of the Mountain, couple hundred feet to the Gondola, Everything We Needed

Great ski weekend with a couple of my adult kids. Relaxing fireplace, plenty of pots and pans for cooking breakfast and dinner in the Condo, comfortable beds including the Murphy, the 3 bathrooms made it very easy. Owner was very easy to work out the details. The SkyRun management worked very smoothly. Grab the keys and check in information about a quarter mile away from the Condo, then walk next door to get your rentals. the heated garage in the basement made for very easy in and out. The kitchen appliances and bathrooms are not high end... but we were there for the skiing and relaxing. A very nice place and location to enjoy the weekend.

We liked the unit and the location. SkyRun missed some amenities like soap and coffee filters. Additionally, there were burned out light bulbs (replacements under the sink) and the bathroom plumbing needs maintenance - specifically the master bathroom shower, the second bedroom's showerhead and drain, and second bedroom sink faucet.

great location for ski trip!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! (1) The short walk across parking lot to River Run gondola was a breeze each morning. (2) the outdoor heated pool and TWO hot tubs have open view to mountain, ski runs, and sunset. Real nice. (3) easy stroll into village for eats & bar action. Slept 4 adults each in own bed using pull out and murphy no problem. Also, the 3 bathrooms initially seemed extraneous but ended up being real convenient with 4 adults. Last, elevators are a nice feature. One improvement I recommend to the building is the ski locker room. The lockers are small. We struggled to fit 3 sets of skis/poles in a jigsaw puzzle manner and snowboard simply won't fit. But, easy enough to work around.
