Great Trip!

Great condo and great location. A lot of room for my teenage boys and we love having the 3rd bathroom. The unit is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. We have stayed in this condo before and at The Springs many times. It is our preferred property in Keystone.

Prime Location

I was very pleased with the cleanliness, ease of entry & specific instructions for our stay & departure. But the most important thing was the location which was just a short walk to the village, offering all sorts of shops, rental stores & restaurants. Excellent choice.

Great Unit

Great unit with views of slopes from Master bedroom even with the new construction project. Quick walk to River Run amenities. Very spacious… more so than other floor plans.

Great stay. Our only suggestion was to place a lock on inside of door to the unit to prevent any little ones from opening it. The one star taken away is not anything the owner can control due to construction of a new condo right in front of the building. Great host.

Holiday Ski

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit in the Springs. Lift access to the River Run gondola and village was a short walk away and more convenient than expected. The condo was comfortable and well appointed, with plenty of kitchen tools, and communication from the owners was clear and helpful, with prompt responses to questions. The heated garage space was a nice plus. Fit 2 families to a total of 7 guests easily. I would recommend this unit. There is construction happening on the mountain side of the unit, with associated noise, but that was not a big deal.

Excellent option for a ski vacation

I was impressed with how efficient everything was. Everything from the directions, to the parking, to using the ski locker, to accessing the hot tub, etc. It was all so close and easy. It was a 5 minute walk to the River Run Gondola. The construction wasn't an issue. The only adverse affect from the construction was the beeping of construction vehicles early in the morning. However, ear plugs or white noise easily fixes that. We loved it and the owner was quick with replies to my questions. Would absolutely stay here again.

AMAZING Condo by the Village

The property was exactly as described in the listing!!! Bruce was an amazing host from the very beginning with very accurate and well written instructions! He was also VERY responsive to any issues and questions throughout our stay! Having the Murphy Bed and the 3rd FULL bathroom in a 2 bedroom apartment was awesome and so unique!!! The long hanging rack in the front of the condo was so very brilliant and useful with so many spots for coats! The utensils, pots, pans, and everything in the kitchen was truly top quality and looked new. The garage parking was great and the walk to the lift, although now elongated by the construction of a new mega building in front of the Springs building was still VERY close to the River Run Gondola. Would definitely recommend this unit and come back!!!!

Nice Place

Was great the only issue we had was we could not use the trail to Gondola from the Garage were the ski lockers were, because of the construction and the entrances to Gondola was blocked off.

Wonderful property!

This is a perfect place if you want to be close to the Gondola and River Run Village. Everything was clean and organized. The hosts are great communicators. The only drawback, to no fault of the owners, is that the hot tubs were ALWAYS packed from about 2:00 PM until close. It was difficult to get in them with so many people. Overall a great place!

Despite a bumpy start- would love to stay here again

A typo on the entry code led to some immediate frustration when we arrived but the owners were quick to respond and solve the problem. Mistakes happen. This place was perfect for our family friends trip. We love that each adult couple had their own room and the kids piled up in the living room. The beds were all comfortable and none were too hard. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with a toaster, crock pot, instant pot, and everything we needed to cook and serve with. There were a fair number of spices in the cabinet too. Thanks to all those who stayed before me and left their salt and pepper shakers. All in all this was a great location near the Gondola. Don’t forget your swim suit either. The pool is heated and has a fun slide for the kids.

Great Condo

Great condo, lots of space. Excellent location to gondola and River Run Village. We have stayed at The Springs the last 6 years and it's always a wonderful experience. The owner was really responsive and helpful. We will stay again!

Awesome Condo

Clean with beautiful views in living room and both bedrooms. 2 balconies. The kids loved the heated pool and hot tub. Owner communicates quickly and check-in was a breeze all at the Springs Building.

Great spot in Keystone

This rental was just what we were expecting. The kitchen was very well stocked, so if you want to shop and eat in it’s all set. The location was 5 stars! Easy walk across parking lot to gondola and river run area of Keystone. The place was clean and comfortable. Beds were also good, Including the Murphy bed. We didn’t use the pull out. Only complaints were the laundry was not in the unit like I thought. But there is paid laundry on other floors, getting change was a little annoying. The change machine was broken and machines don’t take cards. Also the card readers to get into the building, snow locker area, parking garage and pool were very fickle and unpredictable. Which left us knocking and hoping someone would let us in or calling someone from our party to come down and let us in the building throughout the trip. This was frustrating, but worked out. We spoke to the owner about this and he said the building is about to replace the key card system with something else. We booked our stay pretty last minute and he said he usually would have sent extra key cards but due to the late booking they couldn’t have shipped in time. The owner was very helpful with booking and always responded to our questions and concerns. We would stay here again! Nice set up for a family! And the pool/hot tub area was awesome, but you needed to make a reservation due to covid so access was minimal. Check that out ASAP when arriving and try to book some time there. Great place!

Pleasant vacation during Covid-19 pandemic

We go to Keystone for skiing for more than 10 years. Usually looking for close to slopes lodging. This condo was perfect: location, viewed, owner. Also very good for us as we cook especially with the Covid-19 pandemic restrictions. We found everything we needed. I will recommend this condo to my friends

Nice Condominium & Property

Very well furnished, the kitchen was well equipped. Comfortable & a good floor plan. Very close to the gondola and the Marketplace or Town Square was fun, the ski rental was easily accessible. We loved the ice skating rink that was very close to property. The cleaning crew could have done a better job. The owner was very responsive, cordial, helpful & very nice. Good ski storage area and a heated garage. Disappointed some amenities were closed for health reasons, but it was a very nice property. We would rent the property again. Good Experience.

Roomy and very close to Gondola

Great property. The Murphy bed is amazingly comfortable. Plenty of extra linens in the closets. The garage underneath has tight parking, and is heated. Locker room is perfectly placed. Little secret is that the short walk from the unit to the gondola puts you on the parking lot side of the gondola which has a way shorter line than the other side, so less waiting to get up the mountain. Would stay there again if we go back to Keystone.

Perfect location for family ski vacation

Property was perfect for our family vacation. The place was well equipped with anything needed (enjoyed the open pantry). The beds were all very comfortable, even hide-a-bed, (not typical caved in lumpy mattresses), it felt great to actually sleep well on vacation. Unit is across from elevator which makes access (underground garage parking/ski locker/pool/hot tub/lobby) so easy. Prefect location for access to slopes and the unit's ski locker made it easy to get young kids dressed and there were always wagons outside the locker room to help handle getting the equipment across the small parking lot. Owner was easily contacted for any needs. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing place and location!

Place was perfectly sized to comfortably sleep 6+ people especially with 3 bathrooms! We went as two couples, but enjoyed the extra room. The location is perfect as you can see the gondola and river run lift from the window. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need such as a Keurig, pressure cooker, slow cooker, etc. The beds were comfortable and the condo had plenty of towels stocked. Overall great experience, we will be back!

We are just steps from the new high speed gondola. The pool is the best in River Run with a slide, kid pool, and two hot tubs. This condo is larger than most 2 bedrooms at 1200 sq ft and can sleep 8 comfortably. It has 3 bathrooms which makes it like having a 3 bedroom condo.
