Convenient bus stops along Three Kings Drive provide free and easy transportation to all the best spots in Old Town.

Inside, relax by the fireplace, cook in a well-stocked kitchen, and enjoy the comfort of a king bed in the master, a twin-over-queen bunk in the second bedroom, and a single futon in the bonus loft. Excellent location for skiing, easy walk to main lift, although Silver Star a bit shorter, & no lines. Great clubhouse across the street, pool, hot tub, etc.

Great Location

This place was awesome, very close walking distance to the main lift area. Pool/spa areas were nice after the day on the mountain. Place was very clean and had all the appropriate amenities. Highly recommend!

Walkable to the lift and/or shuttle, if you’re into that.

Great stay that was close to the action but not in the middle of it. Nice to have a dedicated and covered parking spot. Community hot tub and pool were roomy. Only downside, time went too fast.

Great Spot

One of the better stocked properties we’ve stayed at. Easy to walk down and catch a bus to Main Street. Nice pool just across the street that wasn’t crowded. No issues with the Wi-Fi , which is nice for the kids. Next time we stay in PC we will see if this property is available. Thanks.

Great Place

Stayed for several days with my two adult boys. The condo had everything we needed and nearby clubhouse with hot pool, spa and sauna was a great way to ease those legs after a big day on the slopes. It was a short walk to the base lift or to catch a bus to old town PC. The unit was very quiet and private as it looked out onto a wooded area and the slopes beyond. Parking was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Park City ski condo

I went for a long weekend, for a ski trip with a couple friends (3 adults in total) to Park City. The place was perfect for our group of 3 - one bedroom had bunk beds, and the other a king. It was about a 10-minute walk (in full ski gear) to the lifts. It was clean, easy to find, and the host was very responsive to questions. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in Park City.

We’re a family of four—plus two small pups—and have called Utah home for the past 25 years, with 12 spent in Salt Lake City and the last 13 in Park City. Our roots run deep in the West, with family ties to Montana and Idaho. We’re passionate about the outdoors and love spending time skiing, biking, hiking, and soaking in the snowfall, vibrant fall colors and abundant wildlife.

What we enjoy most is the peaceful atmosphere surrounded by aspens, with easy access to skiing and biking, frequent wildlife sightings, the charm of a historic graveyard nearby, hummingbirds flitting through the trees, and the convenience of being close to the golf course and great restaurants—and that’s just the beginning.

What makes this property unique

Our unit backs up to a peaceful grove of aspens, just off the main road. The setting is quiet, and we frequently spot wildlife. As the only end-unit in Building 8 with a private sidewalk, we enjoy more privacy than the other units in our building.
