Nice stay in Charlottesville
Great property and location. House was very quaint and comfortable.
Lovely cottage in great neighborhood
We had a wonderful extended weekend in C-ville at this adorable cottage. It was convenient to everything, well maintained, with great amenities and in a quiet residential neighborhood that was literally 1.5 miles from most of the stuff we did in town. Abbey was a terrific host. I love the older, tree-lined and park-like neighborhoods. I had coffee each morning in the yard among tall trees with birds and squirrels for company. I would definitely recommend a stay in this cute little cottage.
Good location, comfortable
Cozy home in a convenient location. Quiet neighborhood, well outfitted. Comfortable beds.
Great place to stay - great location
This was our first time in Charlottesville and had a great time. The home is very cozy and has everything you need for a weekend stay. Cute fenced in front yard that would be perfect for a dog.
Charming cottage and lovely neighborhood
The photos do not do it justice! This is a wonderful cottage, full of charm and character. The front and back yards are gorgeous. The neighborhood is lovely, full of beautiful homes and stately tall trees. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Better than a hotel
This cute little bungalow in a nice, quiet neighborhood has a lot of potential. We usually prefer renting homes vs cramming into a hotel room. This house fit that bill. There were plenty of linens and we like the privacy of separate rooms. It is old, and could definitely use some upgrades and fresh paint. The main TV was literally hanging by wires -- looked like it is normally held in place by bungee cords but the bungee cords had been displaced before our arrival. The kitchen appeared to be adequately stocked, but we ate out at several fine Charlottesville restaurants, all within easy drives of the house.
