The perfect place- cozy and comfortable very clean! Quick drive to University of Virginia campus- awesome neighborhood (we felt very safe). Tastefully decorated and supplied with everything that we needed; the bed was so comfortable!! The back yard was awesome! We hope to stay here again!

Check in was easy. The host is easy to communicate with and works to solve problems. The property is very nice and was very clean. Location is close to everything in Charlottesville, but is on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood. Fantastic stay

The property was just as described (as other reviewers noted, the outside could use a little TLC and paint), but step inside and the cottage was cozy and well equipped. It was perfect for our needs and the location was ideal. Abbey was communicative before and throughout our stay. If we find ourselves in Charlottesville in the future, we would definitely stay here again.

Special weekend in Charlottesville

Merry Christmas Redux

Adorable Cottage

Loved the quaint street and location. Loved the decor. Very walkable. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well supplied. TV room was great. Heater helped with chilly nights. Exterior needs a little TLC but didn’t take away from our fun stay.
