We provide photographs of each cabin or chalet to assist guests in getting a snapshot of what they will be enjoying during their holiday. They are the best representation that we have available to assist guests in making a choice that will best suit their needs. This cabin does not have views nor is there any reference to there being any views from this cabin. We are sorry if your expectations were not fully met. We would like to clarify that the interaction you experienced was not with Eden Crest management, but with a representative from the neighborhood’s HOA regarding community guidelines, including boat parking. While HOA rules are outside of our direct control, we do not condone the manner in which this situation was handled. We have since communicated your concerns to the cabin owner and requested that they address this matter with the HOA board to help prevent similar experiences for future guests. We also sincerely apologize for the air conditioning issues during your stay. At the time, the system was unable to keep up with the unusually high temperatures, but we want to assure you that the HVAC system has since been fully replaced.
