Our stay would of been wonderful had i not got harassed by the Property manager. I was told I was in violation of their rules and she'd had to have the sheriff office come remove people, like we were hoodlums. Heres what I was supposedly in violation of, I didnt contact them and tell them we had a boat. I told the host I was never told I needed to tell anyone, considering its a Lake resort. We left our boat at the dock for longer than an hour, we were told it didn't happen again. My husband tore up the grass, with his boat, which he immediately resowed grass to fix it. I wouldn't even call it tore up it was a tire track. Within 15 minutes of it happening I had a board member along with her clan on our front porch with her phone on speaker with the property manager telling me all these violations we supposedly had done. Our cabin never got below 80 in the daytime, they had someone come look at it, he said sorry the units shot. That was that. So I will absolutely never ever be back to this resort. The pool was nasty and the "management " is on some sort of power trip!!! I also have images of the dock that any child could fall threw. So unless you want to b watched like you're some sort of criminal 24-7 id suggest stay elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that aspects of your stay did not meet expectations.
We would like to clarify that the interaction you experienced was not with Eden Crest management, but with a representative from the neighborhood’s HOA regarding community guidelines, including boat parking. While HOA rules are outside of our direct control, we do not condone the manner in which this situation was handled. We have since communicated your concerns to the cabin owner and requested that they address this matter with the HOA board to help prevent similar experiences for future guests.
We also sincerely apologize for the air conditioning issues during your stay. At the time, the system was unable to keep up with the unusually high temperatures, but we want to assure you that the HVAC system has since been fully replaced.
Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention as it allows us to improve both communication and the guest experienc

We provide photographs of each cabin or chalet to assist guests in getting a snapshot of what they will be enjoying during their holiday. They are the best representation that we have available to assist guests in making a choice that will best suit their needs. This cabin does not have views nor is there any reference to there being any views from this cabin. We are sorry if your expectations were not fully met. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback as it is a gift we do not take for granted. We hope that your next trip will be more to your liking location-wise.
We had chatted a few times with the property owners and they were very responsive and helpful. The cabin we rented was very clean and the cookware was a level up. Often you come to these places and you get the cheap stuff to cook in. If we are in the area, we will rent from these guys again.
