This home provides wonderful ski area views from the Sandstone neighborhood just across the valley from the Lionshead base area. 5 minute drive into Vail Village, or the free Town of Vail bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the door and provides frequent easy transport to the ski area, Vail Village or Lionshead. Great views of the ski area and Vail valley from the property. A sunny location in Vail. 2 decks on the ski area side, private hot tub on the North side. Oversize 1 car garage, and parking in front of the garage. Available for winter of '24-'25. Property remodel scheduled for Spring/Summer 2024, additions and new finishes throughout. ToV #4735
