In the highly popular Grand Navarre Blvd neighborhood, this large family friendly home is the perfect, quiet getaway for your next trip to the Emerald Coast. The home sits directly across the street from the Santa Rosa Sound and has direct access to the calm intercostal waterway. The neighborhood sits on the far west side of Navarre Beach, just seconds from the National Seashore drive between Navarre and Pensacola Beach. It is truly a unique place you'll want to experience. The home sits on a quiet street and there is plenty of driveway parking available for 4 cars. There is also plenty of off street parking available and an oversize garage that is perfect for storing kayaks, paddle boards, beach gear, fishing poles, etc. A portion of the garage has been converted into a game room with a basketball game and ping pong table. A kayak is included for guest use!



There is also a golf cart that is included in the rental for easy trips back and forth to the Gulf! Public beach access #37A is about a 8 minute walk or a very quick drive.



Up the stairs, inside is a spacious layout with a large open living, kitchen, and dining area. There is plenty of room for the whole crew to comfortably relax. The fully equipped kitchen features updated stainless appliances, granite counters, a pantry, and bar seating for 4. The living room features a huge leather sectional facing a large smart TV. Down the hall you'll find the primary suite with a gorgeous en suite bathroom. There is an additional king bedroom across the hall. Also on the second floor is the laundry closet and a full guest bath. Up the stairs on the top floor you'll find two more bedrooms that share a full bathroom.



Bring your pups along. This home can accommodate a maximum of 2 dogs with a combined weight up to 100lbs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $100 per dog. This fee will be added to the booking after the reservation is made. Any dog on the premises must be disclosed to management prior to your stay.

What a great place to be! Easy drive from the airport to here. Very close to any amenities you need but also very relaxed atmosphere in the neighborhood. The house is set up nicely for everyone to have an enjoyable nights rest. The golf cart bikes and kayak are an added bonus. Would recommend staying here!

Family beach vacation.

We loved the neighborhood! Everyone was very friendly. We enjoyed the bicycles and golf cart. The mattresses need to be upgraded but that was our only complaint. The property manager was prompt and professional. I would stay here again.

This place was in a great location and was a great stay! The house including many amenities including a golf cart, cooking supplies, towels, sheets, and activities! Itrip has been very accommodating and polite through troubles with the master bathroom.

I highly recommend staying at this home. Itā€™s beautiful and spacious. Close to the beach and quiet from traffic. The owners respond quickly and extremely helpful with modifications needed for our trip. We will definitely book this beautiful home again.

Family friendly & cozy home!

We had an amazing stay at this family friendly and cozy home. Loved being so close to beach access and having the golf cart was extremely beneficial. We loved sitting out on the front porch with the most gorgeous views. The kids had so much fun riding the bikes and playing all the games! Everything was extremely clean and comfortable! Highly recommend.

Excellent stay

We have been vacationing in Navarre for over 10 years and have watched it grow, but itā€™s always maintained its classy and relaxed profile.We stayed this year for New Years and it did not disappoint. The house is awesome. All of the essentials are there and a quick golf-cart ride to locations is easy. The house was clean, fun, and ready to accommodate. We loved the ping pong and basketball games. The second floor was a really nice plus for our daughter and husband. The TV is huge! We watched a few bowl games and it was awesome. Recommend highly!

Perfect Home for all types of travelers

This house was so clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, we spent time lounging on the large couch, and you step out the front door to a beautiful view of the sound. We were able to watch the regatta from the porch! The beds were very comfortable and the area was quiet and peaceful. We were a 2 second golf cart ride to the beach, and we had so much fun exploring on the bikes! The garage had plenty of toys for the little ones and beach chairs for the adults. We had a lovely stay and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful location

The stay was wonderful. The location was perfect. I took a trip with my 70 year old father who faces many health problems and daughter. This house brought life back into him. It reminded him of where he lived as a chld in newyork right on the ocean. If you want to make memories this property is the right one for you. You will make all the memories to last a life time.

Beautiful Beach Home

This beach house was great! Location was perfect- porch views of the Sound and short walk or golf cart ride to the beach! They even had the cutest bikes available in the garage! Loved having coffee on the porch in the morning. Large living room for everyone to hang out. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the fridge was huge. The bedrooms were really big and beds were comfy. The garage was spacious for everyone to hang and play with the toys down there! Very clean and would definitely stay there again and recommend to all my friends!

Nice but a little cramped

We really enjoyed our stay at this property with the exception of the construction right next door (noise daily). The other thing was there was not enough dished for the six of us and I was constantly washing silverware at each meal, which was really aggravating. Otherwise it was great and we were very grateful for the golf cart and bikes which we used every day and the downstairs area was amazing for the kiddos. The beds were exceptionally comfortable for all. The back bedroom we wished had a TV for those guests but otherwise those were our only wishes. We love the quiet neighborhood which was great for walking and biking and has the most gorgeous sunsets! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us and we would love to stay again!

Awesome Place to Stay in Navarre Beach

I recently stayed at 7369 Grand Navarre Blvd, and I loved it! The place was extremely clean and felt so comfortable - truly a home away from home. All four bedrooms are so spacious, and I loved the home's decor. I also have never had so many bath towels provided at a place I have stayed - way more than I needed. The golf cart was a huge asset for getting back and forth from the beach -- much easier than having to carry our chairs, beach bag, etc. This would be a perfect vacation spot for a young family as they provide Pop-a-Shot basketball and ping pong on the premises as well as a kayak to use on the sound (located directly across the street from property). I am excited to return sometime when the weather is better and enjoy reading a book on the front or back porch. The place is very quiet and conducive to reading and relaxing. Loved it and would stay there again!

Overall, nice house

Overall this is a nice house and location. The house smelled clean upon arriving but there was a lot of sand on all 3 stair case entries, which unfortunately brought sand inside the home. but the floors were very sandy and there was dog hair throughout the home. We were able to bring our small dog who is hypoallergenic, but I guess I wasn't expecting to see fur balls randomly and stuck to the 2 rugs they had entering the home. It was virtually impossible to keep the sand from coming inside due to the outdoor shower being located in the back of the property. We had to use towels to try and keep the sand from entering There is a small water spigot to the left of the garage door, but there was no hose attached to be able to wash off beach toys, sandy chairs, etc.

House is perfect location. Right in the middle of the Sound and the Beach. Golf cart made it very easy to get to public beach access only 3 blocks away. Beautiful view of the sound from front porch. Railing fans would be a nice addition to the front porch. View will be lost when empty lot across from the house gets a house built. Three of us paddle boarded every day. Had to walk a block down to a nice sandy entry because entry across the street was not accessible. Very rocky with a large drop off. This was not a big deal but the kayak is quite heavy. Still very nice to have use of the kayak as well. Beach is beautiful with the whitest softest sand! Lovely stay! Running low on some glasses and serving dishes for a group of 8. Otherwise well stocked kitchen. Let it be known, this is not an actual VRBO. It is rented thru iTrip and they want you to make the second payment directly to them rather than thru VRBO. This made me very nervous especially because they asked me to set up an account. I declined and asked them to charge the card on file. I prefer to do all communication and payment thru VRBO. I did ask VRBO if this was a real company asking me to pay them directly and they said yes. They said ā€œIt is one of our trusted partners.ā€ Not sure what that actually means. Otherwise a perfect rental for a group of adults!
