This 4-bedroom, 2 Bath home sits on a rare and spacious ¼ acre lot in the heart of the famous Cardiff Composer District, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Located only a few blocks away, we are within walking distance of the beach. It takes about 10 minutes to walk down to Cardiff State Beach or the famous Swami’s and Pipes beaches which are also well-known surf spots. It is also an easy walk to the well-known Seaside Market, beachside restaurants, boutiques, and shops. Less than a mile from Moonlight Beach and the revitalized downtown Encinitas.

THE MAIN LIVING SPACE!
Our home features dramatic windows overlooking the ocean. The spacious, well-stocked kitchen has beautiful granite and lots of counter space. The dining room has 16 ft high ceilings finished in wood. The thoughtfully designed open floor plan allows the main living areas to blend comfortably while focusing on the ocean views. The dining table seats up to 10, and also includes an elegant baby grand piano. The kitchen table and countertop bar seat up to 7 more for casual dining. The family room has a very large and cozy sectional leather couch, and a second upholstered couch providing plenty of seating space for the whole family. A 70-inch smart TV with streaming channel options of your choosing.

THE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE!
Walk out from the main living space to an expansive deck. This space has it all, and the best views of the house! Designer outdoor furnishings include a dining table for 10, another table for 4, couches, chairs, and cozy lounge chairs. It is great for soaking in the sun or enjoying the cool evenings. Multiple umbrellas provide canopy shade if so desired.
Walk down the exterior stairs to an equally expansive lower patio with an enchanted fountain, covered seating, a dining table, and more lounge chairs. The lower patio opens to a fully fenced 4000 sq foot grass area with beautiful landscaping. Soak in the spa located off this lower patio that is also accessible through French doors from either of the two lower-level bedrooms.

WHERE YOU WILL SLEEP
All of our beds have quality mattresses, 100% cotton sheets, and linen duvets with cozy comforters.
The primary bedroom has a beautiful king-size bed imported from Indonesia. Double French doors open to the private lower patio, the spa, and the backyard lawn. Take in the garden view from the oversized jetted tub, or separate shower.
The second bedroom on the lower level is extra large and can sleep 3 with a comfortable Queen bed, and a single bed. Double French doors open to the patio and garden. This room does not have a TV, but it does have a Peloton bike, yoga mats, and light weights to get in those needed workouts. The second bedroom shares the primary bathroom and has a separate entrance.
The third and fourth bedrooms are located on the main entry level and have comfortable queen-size beds with cotton linens. The third and fourth bedrooms share access to the second bathroom which also has a sauna. The laundry room is located just off the primary and 2nd bedroom on the lower level.

THINGS TO DO NEARBY
Cardiff by the Sea is a local beach town that is part of the city of Encinitas, located at the Southern end of the City of Encinitas. The City of Solana Beach is just 3 miles south of Cardiff, filled with more great restaurants, the Cedros Design District, exciting nightlife, and a convenient Amtrak train station.

Legoland, Sea World, The San Diego Zoo, and Wild Animal Park are all great, well-known attractions, wonderful for children, but equally enjoyed by adults. The quaint village of Del Mar, its famous beaches, and the Fairgrounds are just 10 minutes away. Historic Balboa Park and Museums are fantastic. Stephen Birch Aquarium, Seaport Village downtown, San Diego Gaslamp District, La Jolla, and Old Town are great! Carlsbad Outlet Shopping Center and the Flower Fields are just 10 minutes away. Also nearby, Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Anaheim - 1 ½ hours away.

There are several local beachfront restaurants for fine dining and quaint coffee houses for reading and relaxing. Shopping is everywhere… local boutiques, outlets, and outdoor malls. Amazing health and beauty spas surround you including the newly remodeled La Costa Resort. Plenty of great Yoga centers are also in the neighborhood. You can also enjoy live theater, cinemas, concerts, or Padres baseball games. The nearby Encinitas Coaster station conveniently runs back and forth from Oceanside to downtown San Diego, often shuttling Padres fans to Petco Park or sightseers to downtown … a hassle-free way to travel.

We live in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Our neighbors live in their homes full-time. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.

PET Friendly! A well-behaved mature dog that is part of the family will be considered and does need to be pre-approved.

WHAT MAKES YOUR PROPERTY UNIQUE?
We appreciate being so close to the beach. We love being able to hear and smell the ocean. I like to walk to 'downtown' Cardiff or 'downtown' Encinitas. The beaches are uncrowded and private, just an 8-minute walk. Everything you need is within walking distance. We are situated right between two great beaches which are also well-known surf spots (Swamis and Pipes)There are great restaurants and cafes. Many great spas, yoga, and shops. But mostly we enjoy just chilling at home, taking in the view.
