hank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the property did not meet your expectations. We do want to clarify that the listing accurately describes the property in the very first sentence as the “upper level unit of a duplex.” The two units are attached, as is typical with a duplex, but they have separate addresses and are two separate properties. We also want to note that the bathroom countertops and shower sizes are represented in the listing photos, including photos of all three bathrooms, so guests can review the layout and size before booking. We understand that the home may not have been the right fit for your expectations, but we appreciate your feedback and will continue working to make the listing details as clear as possible for future guests.

Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We’re so glad you enjoyed the spectacular ocean views and that any issues were promptly resolved. We truly appreciate your recommendation and would love to welcome you back!

Hi Jim, thank you for choosing Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals and taking the time to share your experience. We're delighted to know you had a nice stay. On the other hand, please accept our apologies if you found it challenging to access the beach. We have a few properties that are steps away from the beach. We would love to help you choose the perfect property for you when you are planning your next Beachfront Stay. Best, Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals

We love your 5 star review Erik, and we can’t wait to see you again soon! Sincerely, The Beachfront Only Team

Thank you for your thoughtful review Leroy! We’re so glad to hear you loved the area and those incredible beach views! It’s great that you were able to enjoy the scenery and that the home was clean and well-stocked with essentials. We do apologize for the confusion regarding the noise concerns during your stay. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially if the noise was coming from a neighboring unit. We’ll be sure to review this with our team to adjust the sensitivity for this unit and help avoid any similar mix-ups in the future. We also appreciate your note about the upstairs primary shower and will take that into consideration as we continue to evaluate improvements to the home. Thank you again for your feedback, we truly appreciate it and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future!

We love your 5-star review Daniel and we can’t wait to see you again soon! ~The Team at Beachfront Only
