Summer Sea Condominium Unit 303 is a brilliant, clean and modern efficiency apartment, upgraded in 2023 with tile throughout, upgraded kitchen and bath. Tropical décor, light and airy, it is a delight. Furnished with a Queen size bed and two twin murphy beds for guests. While the balcony faces roadside, the condominium is right on the bay with two pools (one heated), a beach area, workout room, game room, community room, Laundry rooms and free community Wi-Fi, fabulous sunsets and friendly residential atmosphere. Safe and secure gated community. Third floor apartment with elevator access. No Pets and no smoking at the request of the owner. Rentals are by the month, limited to a minimum of 28 days*. Summer Sea is a multi-story condominium on the Bayside in Tavernier, Florida. The complex is located at mile marker 88.5 which is within The Village of Islamorada.
A Florida lease, and application with a background check performed by the condominium is required. Their $200 processing fee is non-refundable. Summer Sea Condominium requires a 5 day notice. 28 day minimum, Minimum rental of 2 months when renting February. No Pets, No Smoking.
Please note that a $1,000 security deposit will be held against your credit card three days before your arrival and released after departure. This is not a charge, just a hold until it can be verified that there is no damage. If you cancel your reservation, a 3% cancellation fee will be charged to cover costs. Summer Sea Condominium requires a 5 day notice. Feel free to inquire for all details

Summer Sea Rental

I would have rated everything 5 star but the highway noise all day and well into night on the apartments on the east side of the building was hard to ignore, the gulf side of the property was amazing. The apartment I rented was advertised as being on the parking lot side, I just didn't realise the Overseas Hwy 1 was so busy. Other than that, a great place, Jonelle was very helpful with any request and the other residents very friendly and helpful with local info.
