We would like to welcome you to our spacious and modern apartment in the Beachwalk Resort. The place offers everything you might think of and more: bright and stylish condo with breathtaking views, a handful of amenities, such as gym, vending machines, beach ride, etc. The location couldn´t be better: 13 minutes to the Aventura Mall, steps to Walmart, 9 minutes to Starbucks, 5-minutes´ drive to Ross, and a big variety of restaurants, malls, and stores all around. You name it!

The Space:
Our 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment is ready for your comfortable vacation:

• King-size bed and TV in the first bedroom;
• 2 double beds, TV, and a working desk in the second bedroom;
• Sofa bed and TV in the living room;
• Fully equipped kitchen;
• Balcony with a spectacular view;
• Paid valet parking

Guest Access:
Hey there! As our guest, you're entitled to enjoy these great amenities:

- Access to our well-equipped gym
- A convenient shuttle service to the beach
- Resort Fee: It's $30 per day per unit, plus taxes, and it can be settled at the front desk upon check-in (credit card only)
- Valet Parking:
- 1-7 nights: $28 + tax
- 8-14 nights: $25 + tax
- 15-21 nights: $20 + tax
- More than 21 nights: $15 + tax

Please be aware that the property cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items, whether they were left inside or outside the parking lot, or for any damage that may occur in the parking lot. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

The Neighborhood:
Hallandale Beach is conveniently located between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, near Aventura, with access to Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood and Miami International Airport and the Port of Everglades. You can enjoy beautiful beaches, restaurants and more. The Resort´s location couldn´t be better: 13 minutes to the Aventura Mall, steps to Walmart, 9 minutes to Starbucks, 5-minutes´ drive to Ross, and a big variety of restaurants, malls, and stores all around.

Getting Around:
You can always use transportation platforms, such as Uber and Lyft

Other Things to Note:
There is a $30 resort fee per day per unit + taxes that must be paid at the front desk upon check-in (credit card only).

Please be aware that the building offers shuttle service to Hallandale Beach from 9 am to 5 pm. However, please note that umbrellas, towels, and seats are not provided.

Upon arrival, the apartment will receive basic supplies to ensure a comfortable stay on the first day.

Please note, the pool is temporarily closed.
