Welcome to Ocean V Escape! The unit is bright, spacious and well appointed. We love it for the exquisite sunrises and sunsets, and the ocean breeze on your skin as you walk the sandy beach! The pool is a short walk down the back spiral stairs to your LEFT. Relax, rewind and enjoy the sun! HOA does not allow pets. Pool opens April - October. No grills
Just a 7 minute walk to beach, shops, restaurants!

We had a wonderful week staying at this property! Very clean and perfect amount of space for our family. Our kids loved the pool and the walk to the beach is pleasant. Prompt communications with our host and overall a very enjoyable home base for our explorations of the island. (If you have little kids in particular, the fantastic Adventure Playground is just a hop skip and a jump away - was great for my son who is an early riser that we could go over in the mornings while everyone else slept in!)

Wonderful, clean and comfortable place to stay, close to beach and great for RBC Heritage golf tournament transports. Host Pam was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Check in was easy. Great location. Parking is adequate. It is an older complex so the exterior steps are steep. The inside stairs are terribly squeaky and need attention. No way to be quiet enough to go up or down in the middle of the night to not wake up most people. If you live in a super old house with wood stais you'll understand. My family would return if the interior stairs were fixed. We chose to wash the pillow cases when we got there due to hair on a few pillows. No big deal. Bedroom chests could use replacing soon, but the unit is pretty well updated. One quirky thing is you are supposed to go through the slider and down the spiral staircase to the pool. Not sure if there was a way to lock the slider while at the pool. I did not inquire because there was always someone in the room in our case. Might be a question to ask the host. Pool is ok. Pretty good price. Love HHI!!!!

The condo was a great two bedroom and two and a half bath residence on the second and third floor. It had public access to the parking lot in the front and private access to the pool in the back via a spiral staircase. There were balconies both on the front and the back of the property with chairs and table. The pool and condo community were great. The distance from the beach and other amenities was great, but the walk to each of these locations would be a little much with children, so we rented bikes, which worked very well. The host was very responsive and great to work with regarding any questions or needs. The only two things that were not fantastic were neighbors rowdy and noisy one night after quiet hours for the community. The neighboring condo was also a rental, so they just happened to not be great neighbors one night, despite being asked both through the back patio door and through their front door to keep it down twice between 11 p.m. and 12 a.m. The other not so great thing was a heatwave the days we stayed there, and the air conditioning struggled to cool the unit the first day, since we did not arrive until the evening and the unit had warmed throughout the day. We had to stay on top of it to consistently keep the place cool by late afternoon and evening. This was an exceptionally warm few days in early July that are more typical of later in August, according to the locals. Otherwise, we had a fantastic stay, and happy to give an exceptional rating!

Beautiful HHI

The property was well maintained and had all the conveniences of home. The decor is lovely and beach themed. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. We loved the addition of the beach items. This is a fantastic location if you don’t mind a 10-minute walk to the main Coligny beach access. I would highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing week. We found 3 different ways to access 2 separate beach access points. It took us about 10minutes with 3 young kids and a wagon. This part of Hilton Head the beach was more crowded, but it is closer to all of the shops, restaurants, and amazing kid park. We enjoyed walking to the pirate ship playground and were really impressed with the main beach access. The beach house was really nice and the host was responsive with any questions.

Very roomy condo for 6+

This condo is within a short walk to the beach. It is supplied with many beach items, although we didn't utilize them (had our own). The kitchen had everything we needed (except a can opener). The en suite bathrooms were roomy and we had more than enough towels and washrags. Also, there was a closet with beach towels and extra blankets and linens - this is fantastic in my book! I had several communications with the owner, and replies were very quick. I will definately be staying here again!

The location was incredible - we were able to walk to everything. The property was clean and the host responded quickly to our concerns. Only problem was that the master bathroom needs to have the flapper replaced because the toilet ran every 5 minutes 24/7 - we told the host about it who didn't know so hopefully it's fixed. Other than that it's a great place. The pool was empty every time we went to it!
