Nokomis Beach Getaway with Heated Pool

Additionally, the property is a mere 5-minute drive from Nokomis Beach, allowing you to easily indulge in sun-soaked sands and refreshing ocean breezes. This rental promises the perfect blend of aquatic adventures in the ocean waters and its secluded pool.

The Space:
The Getaway offers 3 bedrooms sleeping 8 people, 3 full bathrooms, private chlorine pool, kayaks with dolly, beach chairs and toys and bicycles to enjoy the neighborhood or an evening ride to the beach for the Beach Drum Circle or to enjoy one of our amazing sunsets on the beach. This house is pet friendly with pet registration and a $75 pet fee.

Pool Heating is available for $20/day from November 1 through April 30 and must be purchased a minimum of 3 days prior to check in.

Guest Access:
Guests will be provided a code to the door at least 2 days prior to Check-In.

Other Things to Note:
Travel with confidence. The #PMIPurify program is implemented in every rental, providing a pristine clean for all guests.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND REFUNDS.
All bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy:

1. PMI Sarasota Permitted Cancellation Periods:
a. 30 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 7 days or less
b. 60 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 8 days or more

You may cancel your booking according to either a. OR b. above, given by written notice (email accepted with time-stamp) to PMI Sarasota. If the cancellation meets the criteria of either a. or b. the full amount of your reservation deposit will be refunded, less a $200 cancellation fee and any non-refundable charges including booking fees and management/admin fees.

2. All refunds, whether in whole or pro-rated, will be subject to the deduction of third party non-refundable charges.

For cancellations made after the Permitted Cancellation Periods above, Guest is responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges. Guest’s only recourse for refund after the Cancellation Period is a claim on a previously purchased vacation travel insurance policy. To protect against loss of your advance deposit or booking payment resulting from cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, death, natural disasters, etc., we recommend that guests purchase Vacation Travel Protection Insurance.
