It features a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer combo, dining table with service for four, and a sleeper sofa and flat screen streaming TV in the living room. The bedroom features a posturepedic king bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and single vanity. The residence features two entrances, one private and located off of the kitchen and the other located inside the primary hallway of the 8-unit complex.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire premises of unit 4.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must complete a rental agreement. There is a $75 non refundable pet fee which entitles guests to bring up to 2 medium sized dogs. No cats or other animals are permitted in this property.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
