This luxury one bedroom, first floor condo is located on the award winning Riverwalk in the heart of Downtown Wilmington. The bedroom features a high end King sized bed and flat screen TV, with a washer and dryer in the closet. There is a full kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. The living area contains a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV. The balcony door opens directly onto the Cape Fear River Walk and is perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning or a cold beverage in the evening while watching the boats and people go by. You will be within walking distance of fine dining and shopping, and a short drive to our beautiful beaches. It truly is a private paradise.

Amazing location! Perfect place for a couple - plenty of space. Very close to restaurants, bars, and sites. Patio is a perfect place for morning coffee while looking at the boats in the river. Will definitely come back and stay here.

Great location.

Everything was perfect about this place except the haunted house across the street. The Museum of the Bizarre is new and this is their first year for having a haunted house. The exit is directly across the street from the bedroom and they scare people as they leave. So, we had people screaming basically in our bedroom until very late. I participated in the triathlon Saturday and really needed the sleep Friday night. So, I would not recommend staying here for B2B, but if you plan on staying up until midnight Fri. & Sat. night you would be fine. They only do this in October I am told.

We greatly apologize for this inconvenience! This is the first year they have had the “haunted house”. We were not aware it was happening until late at night. They only have this event around Halloween. We have filed a complaint with The Museum of the Bizarre. They also have many bad reviews about the so called haunted house. Hopefully, they will choose not to have this event moving forward. Again we apologize!

Senior Birthday Getaway

We are 83 YO seniors and love VRBO for giving us the ability to go to great places at a reasonable price. This was no exception! Location, location, location. What else is there? Very comfortable and close to everything. Easy Wheel Chair access for my wife and incredible hours spent on the deck, reading, visiting with a lot of the passer bys, and enjoy our toddy time. Contacted Rob once and he responded almost immediately. Bed was outstanding, the AC more than kept up with the hot August sun and was equipped to totally meet all our requirements. One suggestion - As you can see from the pictures, there is really no kitchen counter space. We drove and took two large cookie sheets to put on the stove top for counter space. Did not use the stove anyway. Had a wonderful Birthday Getaway for sure. Dave

Second Stay - 60th Wedding Anniversary

This is our second stay and this beautiful location. They have added a very useful kitchen counter which we loved and also painted the entire inside. Beautiful. Location, Location, Location. We are both 83YO and not as active as we once were. This is perfect! Easy walk to three of the Top Restaurants in Wilmington in addition to small specialty places. The location right on the Boardwalk is perfect for meeting folks and making friends. The sunsets were out of this world. We are looking forward to returning for my wife's 84th.

Perfect Condo, Perfect Location

Wilmington is my favorite place in the world, and I travel here at least once each year - So far, none of the places I have stayed quite matched the charm of this one! Not only is this condo in the perfect location right along the Riverwalk in Downtown Wilmington, but it is also so well maintained and kept spotless. I would not hesitate to stay here again and I highly recommend this rental to anyone else who is considering staying here. You will not be disappointed! And who doesn’t love waking up and opening their door to a view like that? Can’t wait to stay here again in the future!

Wonderful Location

Wonderful location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Enjoyed sitting on the patio, watching boats and passerby’s. King size bed was extremely comfortable. If you are a coffee lover, be sure to bring coffee and filters as these are not stocked. However, there are several great coffee shops close by as well. Enjoyed our stay!!
