Epic jungle retreat

Had an amazing time during our stay! Chris was a great host and shared so much information! Tonnes of life on this amazing river front property with many areas to relax. It felt so private and safe! Highly recommend!!!

Amazing Place To Stay !!!

Our accomadations - La Rana - was so very clean and relaxing. Every thing we needed was provided in our villa- comfortable bed with clean sheets, a kitchen with all cooking utinsels provided, a stove and refrigerator, and a lovely large bathroom with fresh clean towels. We were surrounded by a tropical paradise and early every morning we would make our coffee and from our porch we would watch the jungle come alive. We saw numerous humming birds whizzing by and heard monkeys and toucans in the trees. We watched scarlat macaws flying above every day. The large swimming pool was wonderful and sourrounded by tropical flora and fauna. We would gather with our friends in the pool every afternoon and enjoy the exquisite sound of the river that is 60 feet from the pool. The owners-Chris and Kristin were FABULOUS hosts!! They made us all feel so very welcomed and at home. They were also very knowledgable and helpful with suggesting fun things to do. They booked several amazing local adventures for us to enjoy. We highly recommend staying at Casitas del Rio. We shall return!
