Fully equipped kitchen, patio & lanai, 2 dining areas with a heated swimming pool (heat only available Dec.- April). We have pool floats for adults and kids. Bluetooth speakers you can connect in the patio/pool area. Coffee bar and sitting area, free wi-fi and a dedicated desk if you need to work. Smart TV’s in every room including very relaxing outside patio area. House is 20-30 minutes to many beaches. Beach chairs, beach tent, umbrella, cooler & sand sifter are available for all our guests. My wife Sharon and I were born and raised in Ohio and this house is not only an investment property but also our second home. We love southwest Florida! We have been coming to Florida for the last five years and this is one of the areas we love the most. We own a business in Ohio but also love to buy and fix up properties. We decided to buy a home here in 2023. We found this home and North Port and have completely renovated it and added almost all new furniture with a Florida vibe. We have made it home not just for us but anyone who comes and visits. We hope you will love it as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is lovely. We have very friendly neighbors and it is very quiet here. We love to take walks and ride bikes in the neighborhood and love how close we are to everything. We are at the border of Port Charlotte and North Port so it is just a few minutes away from anything we need. Allegiant has very reasonable flights to Punta Gorda Airport which is 25 mins away. Ft. Meyers & Sarasota airports are 45 mins away.
What makes this property unique
Our home is completely updated with my wife's touch of class. She has made it feel very homey with an awesome Florida vibe. We love palm trees, water and the beach so you will get that all here. The outside pool area is surrounded by woods on a corner lot so it feels very private. We have an awesome patio area connected to the lanai and pool area with a table to dine or work and a cool tv area with patio furniture. It is shaded most of the day.
