Western Lodge - Huge, w/Heated Pool, Hocking Hills

Opened in 2015, this massive Lodge, sitting on 10 Acres and featuring an Indoor Heated Pool, is full of features for your family or group! It sleeps up to 30 Guests!

(Price is base on up to 20 guests. Additional Guests who are 5 years old and older are $20/person, per night, for the duration of the stay.

Kids that are 4 and younger stay for free and don't need to be counted.)

In addition to the Pool, it has 2 Hot Tubs, a Game and Entertainment Room, with Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Large TV with DirecTV, another DirecTv in the huge Great Room and much more.

It has Full Kitchen, with 2 each of most of the appliances!

For additional guest, there is also a separate, 8-Person Bunk House that can be rented by email, for an extra fee, after 30 guests have been paid for.

The Western Lodge is located on privately-owned land, conveniently located in Ohio's Hocking Hills region, near Logan, OH. This huge lodge has lots to offer!

It has 10 private bedrooms (one of those is a 4-Bunk Set bedroom) and sleeps up to 30 guests!

Base Price is for up to 20 guests. Additional Guests who are 5 years old and older are $20/person per night, for the duration of the reservation.

Kids 4 years old or younger stay for free and don't need to be counted.

There are 5 1/2 Bathrooms.

It has an upgraded, Full Kitchen, with 2 Oven Ranges, 2 Microwaves, 2 Dishwashers, 2 Coffee Pots, 2 Refrigerators, Granite Countertops and more!

It has its own Indoor, Heated Pool, 2 Hot Tubs, a Pool Table and Ping Pong Table, plenty of Deck Space, a Great Room, an Entertainment Room, Free WiFi internet and DirecTV.

On the property, about 50 feet away, there is an 8-Bunk Set, 1 Full Bath, Bunk House, with a Kitchenette, AC and Heating. It is NOT included with the lodge reservation, but can be reserved , by email, for an extra fee, once at least 30 guests are paid for in the main lodge.

This lodge is very popular...it routinely books a year or more in advance, so reserving early is recommended.

First the staff was easy to communicate with. When we did have a question or concern it was addressed immediately. The house was very nice and fit our family comfortably. We enjoyed the easy access to parks and activities. The kitchen was clean and had everything you could possibly need. The towels were plenty and smelled so fresh and clean. The pool was enjoyed by young and old. Thank you again for hosting our family reunion

Parking was great. House was clean and spacious. Wonderful great room. Loved double refrigerator, oven, dishwasher. Plenty of towels. Fire pit great. Pool on the cool side.Only complaint is quality of mattress.Also, it would be nice to have soap dispensers in the bath/ showers.

This was like having a vacation resort all to ourselves. It is set up perfectly for the amount of people in the house. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Kitchen has everything you need to cook for large groups. The 2 charcoal grills were great. The host was phenomenal. Nicest one I have ever had. The house was super clean. I highly recommend.

The property itself was beautiful. However, the “bunk house” on the property is right next to the main house so if someone else is renting it, you’re sharing parking and the fire pit with them. - The house bedrooms are spread out throughout the house with 3 rooms sharing one bathroom. There is NO laundry for use in the house (so wet suits and towels). Limited hand towels in bathrooms. Not enough for multiple days use. Several light bulbs were out with no replacements. - Plenty of plates, bowls, glasses, and silverware. Only a couple of wine glasses. - Pool and hot tubs got a lot of use! However, the hot tubs weren’t very clean. Overall, the group had a great time with all the hiking, kayaking, petting zoo, and golf in the area. Needed the space/met our needs, but if we stayed again we’d probably look for another property.

We’re glad to hear that you found the property beautiful, enjoyed the pool and hot tubs, and that Western Lodge provided the space your group needed while visiting the Hocking Hills. We would, however, like to clarify a few points for future guests. The bunk house located on the property is not rented separately to other guests. It is only available as an additional rental to the same group that has Western Lodge reserved. At no time would Western Lodge guests be required to share the property, parking area, or fire pit with another reservation. Laundry facilities are not available at Western Lodge and are not listed as an amenity. For longer stays, we are always happy to provide additional towels or other needed items, and our team can also pick up used linens and deliver fresh ones when requested. We also have 24-hour emergency maintenance available, and our office team remains accessible after regular business hours by phone, text, and email. Had the light bulbs or concerns regarding the hot tubs been brought to our attention during the stay, we would have gladly sent someone to the property to address them. We always appreciate the opportunity to correct an issue while our guests are still with us rather than learning about it after departure. We’re happy your group was able to enjoy the many activities the Hocking Hills area has to offer and appreciate your feedback.

We had a great time this weekend on our trip. There was a couple things that could have been improved. The temp of the house was cold the entire weekend and we tried to increase the temp but it just took too long or was too inconsistent between rooms.

Annual Friends Vacation

Property was great, easily accommodated our group of 30! Huge kitchen and thank goodness for 2 stoves, refrigerators, microwaves. Perfect buffet style meals. Large bonfire area, we actually found someone on Facebook Market who delivered a pickup full of firewood that was incredibly reasonable (90), a lot cheaper than buying it on the roads. Would definitely recommend.

Very Relaxing and comfortable

What an amazing experience. Plenty of room and privacy for everyone and plenty of things for everyone to do. The lodge was used as a staff getaway and everyone was amazed at the ambiance that the lodge offered and thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Definitely worth the money!

Everything was as good or better than advertised. Loved the spacious front yard for games and throwing balls. Loved the pool and bought an indoor volleyball set for it. Only negative was the smell of the septic in the back.

A very fun and relaxing experience.

We enjoyed the large great room as it was very conducive for social activity. The outdoor space was phenomenal for playing with the kids and sitting by the firepit. Overall, a nice property that fit our group's needs. The only feedback would be that the lock on the pool door was broken upon arrival; however, someone did come out the next day to fix it. Several of the other doors were a struggle to lock/open as well. Some minor upgrades there would be useful.

Needs maintenance inside and out. We encountered broken door knobs, missing locks, dirty/rusty floor vents. The legs of chairs in the pool room severely rusted... one of my grandchildren got cut on one. Grass growing up thru deck and deck boards rotted thru.
