Moose Pond is just steps from the front door and Pleasant Mountain Ski Area is only a half-mile away from this perfect year-round retreat. When you're not making the most of your time on the mountain or the lake, you can enjoy exploring nearby hiking trails, blueberry picking, farm stands, local shops, and Farmer's Markets. On-site amenities include a shared dock, a swimming area beach, a pool, a tennis court also lined for two pickleball courts, a lakeside firepit, and kayaks/SUPs available for use.

A wood-burning brick fireplace and a smart TV provide the perfect setting for casual downtime in the living room. The lower-level living area also features a smart TV and sofa seating for added flexibility and home comfort. The downstairs space also features a separate kitchenette/wet bar equipped with a sink and a fridge. The main kitchen features a full kitchen equipped with all major appliances, cookware, and utensils needed for home cooking.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
