Located in a quiet neighborhood in highly desired SW Cape Coral, Turtle Cove offers an open-concept floor plan where the kitchen, dining room, and living room seamlessly connect to the pool area through two sets of triple sliding glass doors. Decorated in a casual Florida style the spacious dining table accommodates 8 for dinner or lively family game nights.

The living room with a large smart TV, a recliner sofa and loveseat, provides the perfect setting for unwinding after a day exploring the nearby SW Florida beaches. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Keurig and drip coffee maker, toaster, griddle, crockpot, and blender makes it easy to prepare a full meal. The wine bar area, featuring a beverage refrigerator, sets the stage for delightful drinks or a charcuterie spread.

Our oasis boasts a thoughtfully designed split floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a dedicated home office, catering to both work and play. The primary suite with king size bed, en suite with walk-in shower, large tub and walk-in closet ensures privacy. The other two bedrooms with a king and two twins share a full bath with direct pool access.

Lovely

Very clean, well supplied with paper towels, toilet paper, soap,shampoo and cream rinse. Nice neighborhood, very quiet. The host is so responsive. House is well maintained. Loved it. Would stay again!

After many family vacations exploring SW Florida we were fortunate as a family to purchase a vacation home in Cape Coral in 2022. We live in North Carolina and Utah and enjoy spending our down time together exploring Cape Coral and the endless waterways in the area.

Why they chose this property

Located in a residential neighborhood, Turtle Cove, is a traditional Florida home with a tiled roof, stamped driveway, and fully fenced yard. The freshwater canal and lush green grass yard provide lots of wildlife watching. We enjoy the many birds, rabbits, turtles, otters and iguanas that are frequent visitors.

Peaceful location on bend in canal provides lots of opportunities for fishing and kayaking.
