Nothing's better than being on Lake George. Our Lake George house on desirable Assembly Point boasts amazing lake front property with access to a dock! This tastefully decorated two story home includes 2 bedrooms, a brand new fully appointed kitchen, two brand new bathrooms (1 full and one half), a dining area and a spacious new living room with vaulted ceilings. Enjoy the day on the lake, in the village (10 minutes away) or nearby Saratoga Racetrack (30 minutes away) and evenings on your front porch admiring the sunset over the Adirondacks. You'll find everything you need for a fabulous vacation, including sheets, towels, hair dryer, WiFi, a washing machine/dryer and AC. This lovely property provides the perfect base for your getaway. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

The house and location were both beautiful. The lake is gorgeous and we loved sitting out on the porch. Shame on me for not reading the reviews more closely— the bedrooms are upstairs but both bathrooms are downstairs. Not ideal for those who have to go in the middle of the night! Also, washing and drying the towels and sheets before leaving — we’ve never experienced that with any vacation rental in the past. I would say overall we enjoyed our stay very much but there are a couple of things that would make it even better — no laundry by the guests would be the one thing that could easily be changed.

We had a great stay at the house. The highlight is the dock, which is perfect for swimming off of. Beautiful view of Lake George, and beautiful property. Highly recommend!

Amazing location. Easy access for boat owners, with a reliable dock for tying up boats. Bottom floor of the house is very updated and comfortable. Top floor with bedrooms is slightly outdated but true to the listing. Property details state that there is a microwave. However, there is no microwave on premises. But not a big deal. There is a toaster oven and an oven that can be used to reheat things! And guests are responsible for washing and drying linen and towels at end of stay. Very much enjoyed the stay. Host was very responsive.

Serene week on Lake George

We had a beautiful week on the lake at this great property! The house was well-appointed and perfect for all we were looking for. We couldn’t have asked for better access to swimming in Lake George, and just general relaxation and peace day-to-day. Julia was accommodating and made our stay run smoothly. We hope to be back!

Gorgeous rental

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The owners were absolutely fantastic to deal with and highly accommodating. The location and view cannot be beat and the lake offers many opportunities for enjoyment. While there were houses around the rental, it was quiet and peaceful our entire trip. We would absolutely rent here again.

Sweet Serenity ❤️

My husband and I stayed at this cozy cottage. We absolutely loved staying here, because of its location and access to a boat dock for our boat! The cottage its self is clean, beautifully decorated and so very comfortable. The ability to bbq and sit outside listening to the lake made our time away from home that much nicer. We loved it so much, we needed up extending our vacation TWICE!!! Our hosts were very accommodating in this decision of ours. Hope to come back next year!!

This is a great little cabin right next to Lake George. Exactly what you want for a quiet weekend away from the city. You are next to the owner's house but it feels very much like your own place amongst the trees and steps from the lake. The house is well-equipped, and there is a beautiful porch where you can have coffee or meals outside. It's also only about 15 minutes from town but has the benefit of being much quieter. The host was friendly and helpful too. Be mindful that the bedrooms are upstairs and the bathrooms are downstairs, so if you end up needing the bathroom at night you will have to find your way down the stairs. Lastly, the house rules ask for clean, dry sheets and towels so make sure you budget time to do laundry before checking out. Overall though, definitely recommended.

I grew up spending many summer days on Lake George at my Nana's and Pop's house. We had our old Chris Craft that we tooted around in and a real cannon my dad shot off from the boathouse deck when the Ticonderoga went by in the evenings. Many great family times have been had here. Today, my sister and I are the third generation owners off the camp and we love it.

Why they chose this property

Assembly Point is a great place to be. Not only because we are right on the water, but we have the luxury of quiet streets to walk on. People come here just to walk/run/ride bikes on the scenic point.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because it is superbly decorated and has a wonderful front porch on which to watch the sunset.
