Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you are staying on a Sunday, please take the trash cans down to the curb. Trash is collected on Monday morning very early.
Please leave any beds you've used unmade and please put any wet towels in the bathtub.
Please take any trash in the house out to the cans outside when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please take trash outside to the cans when you leave. *Cans need to be taken out to the curb on Sunday night and brought back behind house on Monday.
This is our second home. Due to life threatening allergies, No pets of any kind (including service animals) and No smoking or vaping on property.
If you use the screened porch, if you use the heater, please make sure it is turned off when you are done. No smoking on front or screened porches.

So quiet and comfortable!

My parents and I had such a lovely stay here while in town visiting family - so glad we chose this option over a hotel! The property was cozy, clean, comfortable, and well stocked! Some nice restaurants within a short driving distance and it is walking distance to a popular ice cream shop! I’ll definitely consider staying here in the future when returning to Cleveland!
