This is a glorious waterfront home with immediate access to the Charlotte Harbor on sailboat water. Spacious, open with high ceilings and airy. Imagine enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails in the serenity of the tropical garden inside the lanai. You can also enjoy water views of the canal that leads you just moments away to Charlotte Harbor. It's sailboat water, so there are no bridges.

This is truly a comfortable and beautiful house. The master bedroom, living room, dinette and family room all open into the lanai and share the superb water views. You can prepare your breakfast, lunch or dinner in the open kitchen while still enjoying view of the water and tropical garden. The bathrooms are generously sized as are the bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom offers queen size bed.

Port Charlotte is near three international airports (TPA, SRQ and RSW), and nearby Punta Gorda has a regional airport (PGD). This house is located on Southwest Florida’s enchanted coastline that offers fishing, nature and wildlife preserves – this home is also just day trips away from the attractions in Tampa, Orlando and Miami/Ft Lauderdale.

The property was very comfortable and extremely easy to maintain

The property and its location offered all I was expecting and more. Access to spring training baseball, golf, day to day needs, restaurants and beaches is so convenient. Relaxing on the patio at the rear of the house overlooking the channel either first thing in the morning with a coffee or in the evening was a great pleasure.

We loved our stay at this lovely home and property!

Inside and outside this home has just about every amenity you could want. The furnishings are super comfortable and the tv is huge; the kitchen is well stocked for cooking, serving and eating. The lanai is perfect with its goldfish pond and waterfall, so pleasant morning, afternoon and evening. The Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area has wonderful restaurants and many sites to check out, and there are several options for biking and walking that are pretty. John and Elizabeth were helpful in every way. We were very satisfied and highly recommend this property.

Very enjoyable month

The home is nicely furnished. Everything works as it should, The lanai was used everyday for breakfast and lunch. The appliances and utensils were good, the TV was good, the WIFI worked wherever we used it. Couldn't really ask for anything better. The neighborhood is quiet. The canal is pleasant. John was always available when we called although there was never anything that needed fixing. All in all, it was a fine way to spend March.

Beautiful home!

The owner was great to work with. This home is beautiful, extremely comfortable and pristine. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the screened lanai every evening! The home is close to lot's of great activities as well as restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We recommend this property highly!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Port Charlotte. The home is lovely and very well equipped. It is located in a nice area on a dead end street with very little traffic or noise. When we arrived the house clean and ready for us. John and Elizabeth were a joy to do business with.They were quite helpful in suggesting places to visit in the area. Nearby are the usual assortment of dining options (Applebee's ,Chili's, Red Lobster, etc.) with some notable standouts, (Luigi's in Port Charlotte, Farlow's in Englewood.) Port Charlotte Beach and a fishing pier are within walking distance.
