Sibling vacation

Floor is uneven in the kitchen. Bathrooms are inside each bedroom except the loft upstairs so it made it alittle inconvenient for my brothers who stayed up there to figure out when they can go in a room to use the bathroom. Would've been nice to have a seperate bathroom by itself. The house looked clean but long black insects always managed to get in the house. Bedrooms had no drawers for close and closets wheres locked. We lived out of our suitcase for a week. Trash was full when we arrived so there was really no where we could throw our trash. Had to leave it on the side. Manager Tyra was very helpful and friendly. No issues we just notified her when we arrived and when we left. towels always smelled mildewy i think its their detergent. Neighborhood was safe and friendly. We managed to make it work and had a great time.

Darling little cottage

would definitely stay here again, its perfect, quiet and comfortable, the loft is darling if you had a bunch of kids with you, there are 4 queen beds up there.... Loved our stay.

I am from Texas originally, me and my meet in 1999 and then we married and then me and Husband and our kids moved to Nashville in 1999, we both fell in love with Nashville and the surrounding area's. We have been doing Short Term Rentals since 2019 now I am helping my son with his Rentals. I love speaking with the guests and making sure that they have a great experience at all of our places, so they feel like they are at home but really on vacation or just to have a great time.

Close to downtown and quiet neighborhood and it is really a good home to host guests, so far all of the guests have been great, and they love the neighborhood and the house itself.

What makes this property unique

The big Yard it has a fenced in back yard so if you want to bring your dog with you then you can, and we don't charge a per night fee for the dog we only charge a one-time fee for the whole time you and your dog stays with us.
