859 Water Oak Cove is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home, situated on a lagoon in the center of the island, with easy access to all amenities, making this the ideal location for a family vacation. The house has 2 primary suites with en-suite bathrooms for each primary on the first floor and 2 bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor, a large screened in porch overlooking the lagoon, and a huge outdoor shower.

Our private neighborhood pool, complete with a full sized tree house, is just around the corner.

Fripp Island boasts 2 championship golf courses (“100 Best Golf Resorts in North America” – by Links Magazine). Our Ocean Creek Course was renovated in 2013 with new paspalum turf, so thick and smooth it acts like tiny tees holding your ball at precisely the right height. Come play the same turf the pros played at the PGA Championship!

We have 3 1/2 miles of unspoiled and uncrowded wide beach.

The Racquet Club has eight Fast-Dry clay courts and six permanent pickleball courts. With a full schedule of seasonal activities and round-robin tournaments. From tennis to pickleball, You're sure to have a great time!  

The marina offers many water sports, including fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding.

The beach club offers  coffee, ice cream, pizza, chicken, sandwiches, shopping, fitness center, business center, other pools and tennis.

We are a short walk or golf cart ride from the beach, the marina, and other resort amenities. Or you might hop on the golf cart for a 5 minute trip to either of the championship golf courses.

 Guest cards are available for an additional charge giving renters full access to all Fripp Island facilities.   There are two 18 hole golf courses (green fees apply), Olympic-size pool, adult pool with beach bar, Cabana Club lagoon, and eight tennis courts, six pickleball courts tennis club (court fees apply), fitness center, bike rentals and several restaurants.  Through the marina you can rent a kayak, SUP, or book a dolphin watch cruise.  Cards cost $50 per person per week Memorial Day through Labor Day and $35 per person per week the rest of the year.  Children 13 and up must have their own card.  In order to go to the Island restaurants all members of the party must have a guest card unless under 13.PLEASE NOTE! the new resort owners have instituted a 12.8% fee for the use of the resort amenities (AKA BUYING AMENITY CARDS), They will be calculated on the amount of money you are paying for your rental.  The resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.Renters who do not wish to purchase guest amenity cards can still enjoy the beach, the private pool for Sawgrass residents only, and all the beautiful natural areas of the island WITHOUT paying the new 12.8% fee.
