The condo is across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches which is great for the entire family to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour help desk, and internet access. This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7 to our guests. This condo offers an exceptional vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Perfect for our Family

Great property with plenty of space. We had so much fun at the beach and pool. We appreciated that beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys were available for us to use.

Kamaole Sands Spring Break

Our family of four stayed at the condo at Kamaole Sands. It was the perfect set up in the condo and resort. We appreciated that it was set right across the street from some of Maui’s best snorkeling beaches and is centrally located on the island.

Great Family Vacation

This was a great place to stay! Perfect location across from a beautiful beach. Grounds is beautiful & there is a large pool, kids pool, adult hot tub & kids/family hot tub. Also, a weight room & pickle ball/tennis court. Staff at Kamaole Sands is friendly & keep the grounds looking gorgeous. Condo came with everything we needed. Beach closet was stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals there. Beds were comfortable & plenty of towels for showers & beach. Unit was very clean! Matt was very helpful with a mail issue we had while we were there. He was quick to help take care of the issue. Even when it wasn’t a condo issue. We definitely recommend PMI Reality & Property Management Services for your vacation.

Loved this Property

Beautiful property. It’s definitely a resort feel. Check in was seamless and the staff was very kind! This condo has a beautiful beach view from the distance. Lovely location to watch the sunset! There were 6 of us that stayed and it was very comfortable it didn’t feel too crowded. Plenty of beach towels and 4 beach chairs that work properly. There were only two things I noticed that I didn’t love but weren’t a huge deal. I noticed the bath towels and wash clothes smelled rancid and then the cooler that we took to the beach had a lot of sand on it which made me feel like it may not have been sanitized properly. However the rental did have a washer and dryer so we could have washed the towels to get rid of the smell and it had disinfectant spray and a microfiber cloth and I was able to clean up the cooler real easy. Overall I loved the location and the condo was clean and tidy when we checked in. I definitely would book this property again!

The unit was perfect for our family and we enjoyed being close to great beaches and restaurants! The only downfall was the kids hot tub was not hot at all - apparently the staff were working on it , but in the meantime the kids were still not allowed in the “adult” hot tub. It was disappointing as the weather was a bit mild and the kids could have really used a warm up :)

There was a great selection of beach toys for our little one, and a life jacket which was great. Boogie boards, chairs and lots of beach towels made for easy enjoyment of the beach in front of the condo which ended up being our favorite!The a/c lanai issue was unfortunate, but we still enjoyed the view, which over looked the pool making it really easy for our older kids to have a little freedom without mom worrying too much.The condo was clear and well stocked, and the staff and grounds were wonderful. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Love Kamaole Sands

This is our third time to Maui - and our third time at Kamaole Sands. Family of 4 (2 adults, & 2 early teens). This unit was clean, well organized, and supplied all we needed for some relaxing time at the beach. Unfortunately, the ice maker in the freezer was not working, but response from property management was quick and they were very helpful in trying to resolve the issue. Repair person was sent on the Monday (issue was noted on the weekend). All communication was very friendly. Unit could use a few family games or a deck of cards, for the odd evening we were just relaxing on site. Enjoyed having a king bed in the loft, and my teens appreciated the two double beds in the main floor bedroom. A/c units in the bedroom and in the living room were great, as well as all the ceiling fans to keep the unit comfortable. Amazing view from the lanai over the pool toward the water, with a clear view of the sunset. Property grounds are beautiful and well kept. Would definitely recommend. Thank you PMI for a great and welcoming stay!

A Gem of a Place

We had the best vacation staying in this condo. It was roomy and comfortable for 5 of us. The place was neat and clean and decorated lovely. We had everything we needed. The view was amazing and the best beaches in Hawaii are right across the street. Loved this place and would definitely recommend staying here! Checking in was easy too.

The location is great and close to grocery stores, eateries, and a short walk to Kamaole Beach. The condo itself was clean upon arrival and was large enough for my family of 6. My parents stayed in the upstairs master bedroom while the 4 kids stayed in the bedroom that contained 2 full sized beds. There are plenty of towels and a washer/dryer if you need to wash your clothes (they provided detergent and dryer sheets!) The condo came equip with beach equipment (4 chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach towels, and a cooler) which was super helpful for all our beach days. They were in excellent condition and enhanced our experience. We prepared several meals in the kitchen which contained all the utensils and dishware that you need. The condo is located on a property that has grills, so you can grill outside. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed! It's in a great location and good for a large family to stay at.
