Luxurious home located less than 1 mile from Sea World of San Antonio and nearby a popular San Antonio Hill Country Resort. This home boasts with elegance, featuring over-sized wooden doors, crown moulding, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, recessed ceilings, beautiful tiled flooring, high-end fixtures, ambient lighting, a cozy fireplace and much more. Surrounded by mature trees and an array of Stone & Stucco, crowned with a gorgeous metal roof, you are sure to experience an oasis of serenity.

Regarding our sleeping accommodations, this is a luxury four-bedroom home. The Master bedroom features a beautiful Queen size bed with master bathroom. The Second bedroom also has a Queen size bed with its own dedicated bathroom! The Third and Fourth bedrooms each feature a set of "Full Size" bunk beds and shared access to a private bathroom (Jack 'n Jill); perfect for a small family in the group! If needed, the living room sofa has a sleeper and you are more than welcome to bring in your own air mattress.

Minimum age to rent: 28 years of age or older.

property was great. had everything we needed for the grandkids. space, entertainment, and ready for the toddler. Lady, the dog had plenty of space. great location less than 10 minutes to Sea World. Carlos was great. responded very quickly to questions. The grand daughters are ready to go back to Sea world. we will definitely book this property again.

SeaWorld Trip

It was a great stay! The home was very convenient to go to SeaWorld and Aquatica. Also was very spacious and was able to have multi generational families in one home to spend time together.

Amazing Stay

I loved the location! We were less than 7 minutes from family, 2 miles from HEB and different restaurants, and down the street from Sea World. The home was just perfect for the family. It’s a nice, safe neighborhood and just peaceful and quiet.

Perfect stay in a good neighborhood

I was extremely happy with our stay here. There was a minor issue with the air conditioner but it was fixed very quickly. Very easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property in a small, quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds, lots of conveniences (multiple wall mirrors), plenty of room to gather and/or relax. Truly a home away from home! We chose this location because of the space it provided it had a nice open floor plan with plenty of seating so we could visit with our Airman! I would highly recommend!

Perfect for our stay

We were here for graduation at Lackland Air Force Base. The house was inside the required loop you will hear about when your Airman has town pass. The space was perfect for us. The large sectional in the living room was perfect place for naps and tv. The kitchen had all of the essentials we needed. The space was clean and was in a very nice neighborhood. It was also literally down the road from SeaWorld.

Long Weekend

Booked a last minute trip to SA for Labor Day weekend to see a concert and was able to book this home for my family. Convenient location with easy highway access. Safe neighborhood and property was clean and as advertised. Nice fenced yard for dogs. Lots of room in the house with 4 beds and 3 baths. Great communication with property manager. Would stay again!

Booked family vacay for our fam and grandparents. Plenty of room, a super short drive to/from Sea World, River walk and Alamo. House well stocked with necessities. Carlos was very prompt to respond to our questions! Much appreciated. Our only issues were that the outdoor grill needs replacement. We bought corn and steaks for dinner and the grill could not get hot enough to cook anything. Master bed not super comfy…but we’re spoiled back at home, so there’s that. A high chair was a necessity for us and one was provided but the lap clip is broken. So our littles ones kept trying to jump out. Our daughter put her clothes in one of the dresser drawers in kids room with bunk bed and they were very smelly afterwards. Had to wash everything-but luckily laundry detergent was provided. Minor issues. Would book again.

Great Stay Near Sea World

This listing was true to form! Ample room for my large family in town for St Mary's Graduation Weekend! I even managed to get in a full breakfast cooked in house for all 10 adults! Hope had all the necessary amenities and bathrooms aplenty. Consider this home for a large group whether in town for Sea World or other San Antonio event! I know we will!!

Exactly what we needed

Our family of 5 (now) made the drive to San Antonio for our Airman's graduation. This house has plenty of bedrooms and a big open floor plan for everyone to spend time together in. The large, comfy looking sofa might have sold me altogether on choosing this rental. The house has a nice backyard with large trees and grass and backyard seating, which we took advantage of. We wanted a house with a garage to pull the car into and a suburban WILL FIT! We were able to bring our maltipoo with us and felt very fortunate that this home allowed pets. My twin boys enjoyed the giant hassock in the bunk bed room and now we need to get one for our house too! The kitchen was well appointed although we did not cook. There are so many stores and restaurants that you are not far from anything you might need. There is a barbecue restaurant within reasonable walking distance and they gave a large discount for military! The neighborhood is nice, clean and felt very safe. I was unfortunate enough to leave behind a nightgown on a hook behind a door and the owner had it located and shipped back to me within the week. This is an excellent rental. We will rent again, hopefully in 3 years for our 'next airman graduation'.

San Antonio with “Atl Golf Legendz”

Annual golf trip with brothers from our church in Atlanta metro area. This property was perfect. It was in a very nice area and less than 15 minutes to all our tee times. We had plenty of room to congregate and fellowship or have private time to be in your own area. The outdoor patio was an awesome space to relax, crack jokes and fellowship. The kitchen was fully stocked with new appliances. We had no complaints with our stay. Carlos ensured that everything was ready when we arrived.

Just what we needed!

We were in town visiting family. We also had grandparents staying with us us and everyone had plenty of room and we were able to host my daughters family for dinner one night. The house was very clean and comfortable and gave us easy access to main roads. We had planned for grandparents and teens to go to Sea World but didn’t realize they were closed weekdays. We will be back though!

2023 Spring Break to San Antonio

We took our 2 oldest granddaughters (10 & 11) to Sea World during their spring break this year. We came last summer in June and stayed at this property and just loved everything about it. It is minutes from the park and Carlos was absolutely the best host. So, we returned again this spring. Thanks, again, Carlos for your attention to our every need.

7 of us stayed here for my sons graduation from Basic Training. Great location. Lovely neighborhood. Close to Lackland (within 15 minutes). The place was spacious and accommodating. Carlos was a great communicator! Any questions were answered immediately. Would absolutely stay here again!

Hello! My name is Carlos; owner and founder of SA Vacay (San Antonio Vacation Rental Homes). I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. My wife Stephanie and I have 6 children; 4 boys and and 2 girls!

I am a God-fearing, bible believing Christian and seek to glorify God with this home and our commitment to service towards all of our guests. I am one of the deacons at Grace Community Church of San Antonio (www.gccsatx.com & www.illbehonest.com). If you are looking for a church to visit while in San Antonio, we would be glad to have you and your family!

I enjoy working from home where my children are home-schooled. My wife enjoys gardening and raising her chickens; she wants a goat but I don't know about that. :-) I enjoy riding my bike at the San Antonio Mission Trails, Down Town, Riverwalk, and some other places, including a little off-road mountain biking.

Well I didn’t choose San Antonio, God chose it for me 40 years ago. Oblivious to how great our city is, I spent most of my teenage & early 20’s hoping to travel to other cities and for an opportunity to experience life anywhere but San Antonio. The Lord saved me when I was 25 yrs old and I realized that there was nothing new under the sun. Wanting to run from my home town would have been nothing more than chasing after the wind.

In 2001, I started working for a service contractor which provided me an opportunity to travel. I would always stay in a box (hotel), and if there was any leisure time, I would get in the rental car and explore the city’s scenery. It was nice but lacking a personalized experience. I wanted to know more about the city than just its buildings and scenery. I wanted to know the people and the experience of being a local; or at least feel like one for a few days. I thought, if I could stay amongst the people, then perhaps I could meet interesting people, share the gospel of Jesus Christ and build friendships.

What an opportunity we all have when renting a Vacation Rental Home! I once did a site visit at Disney World in Orlando Florida for a contract. There was an area in Downtown Disney that could convert your child’s hair, makeup and attire to become a princess for the day. Well you could become a San Antonian for a few days or even a few weeks when staying in one of my vacation homes! Come get to know the neighbors, community, and my fellow San Antonian’s!

San Antonio is a beautiful city that has preserved its history and provides an aura of nostalgia. The Alamo, Missions, Riverwalk, Market Square, King William Historical District, La Villita, etc…, make the city attractive, romantic and family oriented. The city is vast and widespread with amenities such as countless golfing venues, shops, theme parks (Sea World & Six Flags), museums, nature parks, zoo, sporting events, horseback riding, bike trails, swimming, shooting, hunting, etc...

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This home is perfectly situated to attend meetings, seminars and other events hosted at a nearby popular San Antonio Hill Country Resort and spa; walking distance even. Sea World is extremely close and access to the nearest highway is possible within seconds. Lackland AFB is less than 15 minutes away! The homes kitchen, dining, breakfast nook, living area and foyer are wide open to allow for a beautiful environment to host guests and large family gatherings.
