Arte precioso lleno de 2 dormitorios, 1 baño apartamento madre-en-ley en la planta baja de nuestra casa. Toda la casa ha sido completamente remodelado. El apartamento tiene entrada independiente y dirección separada de la casa principal. Cocina completa con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y el acceso a la sala de lavandería con máquinas de tamaño completo. Gran barrio transitable con restaurantes, cafeterías y más dentro de los bloques de la casa. Gran acceso a líneas de autobús y de fácil aparcamiento calle.

Great Space for a Couple or Someone by Themselves

What a great quiet spot in a temperature cool (even in Seattle Summer Heat) sub level Apartment in a centrally located neighborhood for Light Rail and Transit, Greenlake, UW, Wallingford and More! Great local Restaurants, Host Suzanne was a delight to work with and always responsive to our needs.

Colourful and calm space

We had an amazing stay for ~6 weeks. Loved the location - quiet street, 7 min walk to a cafe, 15 min walk to the lake or the grocery store, near the Wallingford farmers market too. Enjoyed that the space stayed a bit cooler while it was hot out. Internet worked very well. The unit was well taken care of, quiet, and landlords very responsive. So smooth, thanks for a great stay!

Private and cozy

I had a great month long stay and enjoyed it very much. In spite of being a basement the apartgets sunshine in all day due to its orientation. That was appreciated in the winter. Good communication with owners. Well stocked kitchen. (Beware! If you fry on the stove open the bedroom windows and front doir for a draft or the smoke alarm will start, even with the vent running. I learnt how to manage that.) All in all and excellent choice

Excellent

Cool, private, quiet, at the lowest level of the house with charming sitting area outdoors and whimsical art indoors. Very well stocked (fans in every room, lots of implements in the kitchen, even a sorbet maker!, maps and guidebooks, … we didn't miss anything. Excellent location with a frequent bus to downtown Great value for the price!!

Amazing place to stay

I almost don't want to write how great this place is because I want it to be free whenever I come to Seattle! The location is amazing - walking distance to the stunning Green Lake, and you can easily get to the the U-district, restaurants and more. It's super clean, everything in the home is stellar and top notch, from the appliances to the dishes to the towels and more. It was truly a home away from home. Suzanne was incredible - very communicative and understanding. Literally the best place I've ever stayed. Thanks for such a great stay and hope to see you again soon!

Great Neighborhood and Great Place to Stay

My husband, myself and our two adult children stayed here on a recent visit to Seattle. Great location...away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough that it wasn't an issue to head downtown. Even though there is street parking we never had an issue finding a spot. Actually the spot right by the entrance was always available. The "apartment" had everything you could need and the owners provided a lot of information regarding the neighborhood which was most helpful when finding places to eat. I would definitely recommend this place while Seattle and would stay again if we ever return.

Wonderful stay and hospitality

Accommodations were perfect for my family and exactly as described. So many extra touches to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Refreshments in fridge when we arrived were greatly appreciated ! Easy to get to and a beautiful, walkable neighborhood with a lot close by. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Amazing!

This apartment exceeded all expectations! It was clean, well furnished and in a great neighborhood. The hosts kept everything well stocked and provided detailed information to help with our stay. I would definitely try to book this location again for a future visit.

perfect Seattle stay

My family (2 adult and 2 teenagers) loved this apartment. It was very clean, well-designed, and was truly set up for a comfortable stay (e.g., plenty of towels, plenty of nice dishes, good lighting, etc). The ceilings are very high, which makes it feel more spacious than many basement apartments and we appreciated the key-less entry. Check in and check out were very easy and the location is great (walking distance to Greenlake and many other amenities, easy access to I5, and a direct bus to downtown). We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, wonderful neighborhood!

My two sisters and I shared this comfortable apartment on a recent visit to Seattle. It was clean, well stocked (pots, pans, etc.), and in a quiet neighborhood. Down the street (about .4 of a mile) were a few great restaurants and specialty shops (ice cream, donuts, coffee) and a little grocery store that has pretty much everything you need for a short stay. It was super easy to get around using UBER — we never had to wait more than 7 minutes for a ride. The hosts were wonderful & we so appreciate all the little things they did to the apartment to make it so comfortable. Love the art! Oh yeah, the beds were very comfortable!! I would highly recommend this home away from home!

Spacious rental in quiet neighborhood near Seattle attractions

VRBO owners Suzanne and Craig were excellent resources for this stay. Suzanne answered many questions in advance of our stay; Craig helped us even after check out. The unit itself was near Fremont, Green Lake and the U-district. No car is needed: there’s a bus stop across from this home. We traveled by bus to Redmond, and to all the local neighborhoods. We took the bus and train to the airport. The apartment was beautiful, modern, spacious, and contained every needed amenity imaginable.

Lovely place with many extras

We really enjoyed our stay! The place had many extras that we don't normally find in other VRBO's. Many kitchen gadgets; we used the toaster oven every day and my husband loved the pasta pot. Forgot your q-tips, cotton balls, earplugs? They have them! Our only complaints: the wifi was slooooow and beds were on the hard side so we woke up quite stiff. Location was good for us; we had a vehicle but also walked about a mile to restaurants and down the street for donuts in the mornings.

Homey and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were comfortable and spotlessly clean. Also liked that there were some snacks. We have stayed here at least 4 times because it's walking distance to our son and daughter-in-law's home.

Great stay at an adorable apartment!

What a charming and well-appointed property this is! Quiet, spacious, with lots of little touches that made it extra nice! Suzanne and Craig were friendly and responsive without being obtrusive, and the apartment itself was awesome. Highly recommended!!

A pleasant stay

Suzanne and Craig were prompt and helpful in all communications, with crystal clear directions on accessing the apartment. I especially appreciated the coffee, fruit, and yogurt in the fridge. The apartment is well-furnished and comfortable (note it is a basement apartment). I enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning on my next trip!

Two Thumbs Way Up!

We have stayed in some wonderful 1 bedrooms in the Wallingford area the past few years while visiting our daughter who is a student at UW that I would highly recommend. This time we decided to get a 2 bedroom and we were not disappointed. In fact, this is as nice a VRBO as we have stayed at in over 15 years of using VRBO in sites around the world. Often times the pictures on the VRBO site misrepresent how the place actually looks but, in this case, they are extremely accurate. This unit is first class in every way (kitchen set-up/utensils, bedding, bathroom/towels, furniture, lighting, windows and shades, etc). We also loved the artistic touches throughout. This is a great neighborhood to walk around and Green Lake is fantastic. Plus, the university is just a mile or 2 away. We have stayed in the area many times so we did not need a lot of help but Craig was very responsive the few times we contacted him and he gave us a great recommendation on a local pub we had not visited before- the Latona Pub. I am always a little reluctant to write a great review because that may limit availability in the future but we just loved this place and so we give it the highest recommendation (and hope we can get it again in the future).

Sweet Art Suite

We recently spent 9 days at this lovely and very comfortable accommodation. The unit is very well set up and the generous hosts provide additional amenities not often found in VRBO units such as coffee (several varieties of Starbucks), tea bags (again, several varieties), olive oil, and snacks, in addition to shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. It was more like staying as a guest in someone's home than renting The location is fantastic and even those without a car can find restaurants, a coffee shop, and a small market within 3 blocks. Our hosts were very responsive and easy to work with - our plans changed and we needed an additional day and it was all settled within an hour...much appreciated! We recommend this unit highly and we have already booked a return visit.

We would 100% stay again and recommend to family and friends!

Everything about this suite is above and beyond the pictures and reviews. The house is beautiful and in a great location for parks, close to shops and restaurants and close the the i5. We stayed with our 2 young kids (2 & 5) and being close to the zoo was great. Owners have 2 kids, and we could not hear them. There was a light pitter patter of feet from upstairs...but could never hear voices. Suite was clean. The appliances are all new and awesome. The art and decor is super fun! The owners had amazing coffee and had the fridge ready with yogurt, apples and some sparkling Beverages to greet us. It was so thoughtful and nice! We will 100% stay again, and would recommend to our friends and family. Thank you for sharing your home!
