*1 king, 1 full, 1 twin beds and pullout sofa in the living room.

*kitchen fully equipped with all basics.

* washer/dryer available (shared laundry room downstairs)

* Free WiFi and cable TV available in the living room.

*Pets are allowed.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.

*Linens for each bed are provided.



Guest Access:

*NO STREET PARKING vehicles parked on the street would be towed.

please park in the driveway only.

2 parking spots available. Motorcycles and trailers are allowed.

*The house is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.

* washer/dryer available (shared laundry room downstairs)
