町の近くの丘の上にある、新しく改装され、趣味良く装飾された素敵な夏のコテージ。 オープンキッチンとリビングエリア、ダブルベッド付きのベッドルーム、メインベッドルームから離れたスイートツインベッドルーム、リビングルームのコンバーチブルクイーンソファ、プライベートパティオ、子犬用の庭のフェンス。

コテージは、町、ショップ、レストラン、遊び場、スポーツ場、ビーチなど、あらゆるものに近接しています。 丘を3分歩くと、ラグーンとボートレンタルがあり、カヤックをレンタルしてウィンドサーフィンを学ぶことができます。 オーウェンリトルパークビーチまでわずか1マイル、イーストビルビーチまで1.5マイル。 本当の喜び。

子供の場合は、公園まで歩いてボールをしたり、swingを振ったり飛ばしたりします。 大人の方は、ラグーンやカヤックまで歩いたり、ダウンタウンの素晴らしいショップやレストラン、ビーチまで歩いたり、映画を観たりしてください。

Vineyard Haven cottage

Very clean well stocked cottage with easy access to anything in the area, including restaurants and shopping .Good TV and WiFi . easy to communicate with the owner.

Great location, gracious hostesses.

Cute cottage with everything we needed, including a nice backyard. Close to shops and restaurants. Very clean and had all appliances and cooking supplies if we wanted to stay in and cook at home. Higly recommend.

Lovely stay!

Perfect for our first trip to the Vineyard! We had a great time staying here and really appreciated borrowing a pack n play for our little one. The cottage is adorable and it was nice to have the yard. Hosts were very responsive with any questions during our stay. Thanks again!

Nice Cottage

The cottage was well appointed and clean. My daughter and I were comfortable. Just wish they provided full linen service, wasn’t too much of a bother, but that would have made the visit complete. The location is stellar. You can walk to food and shopping with ease.

Perfect

Everything was perfect! Very close to town and surrounding towns. Very clean!! Quiet neighborhood. We were glad that we did bring the car. Enjoyed two days of golf and rented e-bikes for one day. Fall is the perfect time to visit the vineyard. All the crowds were gone. The hosts were very responsive to our emails.

Small & cozy

Nice little cottage with everything you need. Probably best for a couple or family of 3. Walked to town, little beach nearby and easy access to ferries and other towns. Perfect little bungalow

Fantastic MV experience!

We had just a short stay at the guest house but it was great. The house was clean and nicely decorated, very inviting. Even though it is small our family of four did just fine. The outdoor shower is a nice touch! The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to prepare breakfast each day, one of the things I love about staying in VRBO/HomeAway properties. We love the island and will definitely consider another longer visit in the future!

Vineyard Haven Heaven

We had an amazing stay! The cottage is cute and we liked the town of Vineyard Haven. East beach was perfect for our children to play, catch crabs and explore. This will not be our last time visiting Martha’s Vineyard.

Sharon was such an amazing and thoughtful host. From the coolers to the bath soaps, she thought of everything to make our stay as effortless and enjoyable as possible. I loved the informative little note cards placed around the house, giving tidbits about the island and sustainability on the island!

Cottage Living Is Great!

Loved the location - close to the hustle and bustle but not in the middle of it. Don't worry about size - it was perfect! I stayed with 3 other women. The place was fully supplied from sheets to cooking utensils and beach chairs and umbrellas. Yes I loved it!

The Hill Top cottage is terrific, beautifully decorated and in a great location.

Sharon is very attentive to the needs of her guests. The property is charming and has all of the features a couple or young family would want. Very clean home, which is very important. Would definitely return!

Great visit, great little cottage

We really enjoyed our visit to the cottage. We had our two children with us and the fold out couch for them was great and the queen size bed for us was was great as well. Definitely tiny but if you are not planning on hanging out in cottage and venturing around the island instead this place is perfect. Sharon and Jenn respond quickly to any requests and were helpful with any issues we had. Location was great too!

Very clean and well stocked with the basic essentials.

Adorable cottage. Owner very accommodating and easy to work with. One recommendation for improvement, would be a new mattress and preferable a queen size. The mattress is saggy and we often found ourselves being forced into the middle because it has loss its support.

Cozy, quiet and very comfortable- adorable setup!

Lovely! Sharon makes sure her properties are well maintained - everything you need is provided. Sharon is a great hostess and makes sure you are welcomed! We had such a great time last year that we decided to try this property in Vineyard Haven. It was quiet and very comfortable. We were close to restaurants, shopping and beaches. We look forward to next year!

Perfect Vineyard Getaway

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Hilltop Cottage. The Cottage itself is smartly designed and provided enough room to accommodate our party of 4 adults, a baby, and 25lb dog. Conveniently located to Main Street Vineyard Haven, the cottage was a 10-min walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. More property highlights include a fenced-in yard, patio space and grill, outdoor shower, and a fire pit. In addition to the cottage itself, the owner, Sharon, is wonderful to rent from. She is responsive, organized, and absolutely lovely. We highly recommend the Hilltop Cottage for your next trip to the Vineyard, and hope to return ourselves next summer!

Gorgeous Cottage for a perfection vaca on MV

My family of 4 stayed in this cottage for our first trip for Martha's Vineyard and I have to say it exceeded all of our expectations. We have a 4 yo and an almost 2 yo. The 4 yo slept in the twin bed and we brought a pack n play for the little one. The cottage has all the amenities you would hope for (minus a microwave) and it is all gorgeous and new. Great out door space and close to everything. We were able to bike to many places and were only a short drive from all the gorgeous beaches. Can't wait to come back next year!!

Wonderful, Cozy spot close to sights and sounds

Cozy little place, wonderfully appointed. Easy access to Vineyard Haven, too about a 12 minute walk to get breakfast and to the Stop and Shop for snacks. Everything you could want in a neat little package. From free wifi to a fire pit, could not have been happier with our stay.

This property is perfect for families and friends to rest, relax, and entertain in a stress free comfortable setting.

My favorite time to walk down to the lagoon (a 3 minute walk down a hill) is in the late afternoon when all the birds are flying low above the beach grasses, and lighting upon the pilings. The sun at that time of day is spectacular over the water. Walking out Hines Point (around the lagoon) is a total pleasure, and renting kayaks from there is as fun and peaceful as life gets. Of course, the short walk to town, the restaurants and shops is perfect any time of day, and is great for kids, as you can cut right through the playground and park on the way if you don't walk by the lagoon.

The house and cottage are some of the rare Vineyard homes that are elevated on hill, and the breezes are wonderful! The cottage is decorated in a light and summery perfectly relaxing way!
