I’d like to clarify that the deck is a newly built structure, and since its completion we’ve hosted over 500 guests—including elderly visitors, UT scholars, parents, and musicians—without any safety-related concerns. We take great care in maintaining our property, and guest safety is always our top priority. We always remain committed to providing a safe and comfortable stay experience for all our guests.

We’re glad you found the location convenient for UT events and ride shares, felt safe in the neighborhood, and appreciated the clean surfaces, bathroom, and comfortable bed in the smaller bedroom. Since the property is near the UT campus, we provide white noise machines in each bedroom to help ensure a more restful sleep despite street noise, which many guests have appreciated as an extra touch. We continually work to enhance guest comfort and amenities. The deck is newly built and is regularly inspected and updated as needed. Based on your feedback Towels have been replaced, additional hangers added, and the coffee machine filter has been updated to improve convenience for future guests. We value all feedback as part of our ongoing efforts to provide a more comfortable and enjoyable stay for future guests.
