Access the home via convenient keyless entry. The living room has a large comfortable sofa, two coffee tables, one accent chair, and a 55-inch smart TV so you can login to your favorite apps like Netflix and Hulu. There is fast wifi, and the TV stand has a charging hub for your devices. A queen size air mattress is available in the bedroom closet along with extra linens and pillows.

KITCHEN & DINING
The efficient kitchen is fully stocked for making some delicious meals (or just coffee!) during your stay. There is a stainless-steel fridge and freezer, electric range and oven, a microwave, toaster, blender, waffle maker, and a dishwasher. There is a coffee maker and a kettle.
There are pots, pans, knives, and a variety of utensils such as measuring cups, measuring spoons, a mixing spoon, slotted spoon, slotted turner, ladle, and spatula. There are plates, bowls, silverware, coffee glasses, wine glasses, and water glasses. There are also children's plates and cups and for those travelling with little ones.

BEDROOMS
There are 3 bedrooms in the home, all featuring brand new, comfortable queen sized mattresses, high quality white bedding, pillows, and fresh linens for your comfort. The closets have plenty of hangers, an iron, shoe storage, and an ironing board.

BATHROOMS
There are two bathrooms in the home, both are accessible from the hallway.
The main bathroom has a double sink with a large light up LED fogless mirror, full-size shower, a toilet, a hair dryer. The second bathroom has a sink with a smaller size light up LED fogless mirror, a spacious stand-up shower, a toilet, and a hair dryer. We provide six fresh towels, washcloths, hand towels, and makeup towels for use during your stay.

OUTDOORS
There is plenty of outdoor space on the property. Enjoy the front porch while drinking a coffee and sitting on the Acapulco chairs. The spacious backyard is fully fenced in. Enjoy a nice BBQ with a lounge area located under the shaded Gazebo.

CHILDREN
Those with little ones will travel easier knowing that there are helpful children's items in the home. There is a pack 'n play and baby high chair available in the house at all times. There are also children's plates and cups available in the kitchen.

PETS
Please specify if you are planning on bringing your pets. We require for them to be house trained, and to bring their own pet bed. We cannot allow pets on our couch or beds. We also ask that you clean up after them and keep them on a leash when outdoors and always attend to them.
