The elevator in Hokulani Tower was broken the entire time so we used the stairs all week. And the stairwell was very very dirty. No attempt to repair the elevator was made during our stay.

This was the second time we've stayed at this property, overall the unit was beautiful. It's slightly smaller than another 1 bedroom we've stayed in previously, but the view makes up for it :) The reason I'm taking some stars off is that we had some challenges throughout our stay including a freezer that didn't work causing us to lose all of our groceries purchased. Although they did bring us a new fridge days later, it would have been nice to get some type of offered compensation for everything lost. Other than that though we love the property!
