Casa frente al golfo construida en 2004, 2200 pies cuadrados. 3 habitaciones 3. 5 baños con 2 master suites, ambas con camas king y una habitación con cama queen size. Dos grandes cubiertas para el entretenimiento. Una suite principal es frente al golfo con un gran balcón y el segundo maestro es la vista de sonido. Las otras unidades en el patio tienen 4 dormitorios con 2 de ellos pequeños, esta unidad ha tomado los 2 dormitorios más pequeños y ha hecho un maestro adicional con baño en la habitación. También cabe destacar que el dormitorio de las escaleras tiene una ducha grande para personas con discapacidades limitadas. El golfo frontal principal tiene una bañera de hidromasaje de lujo adicional para separar la ducha de tres cabezas. Todas las habitaciones tienen televisores de pantalla plana con un golfo principal de 42 pulgadas. Todas las habitaciones tienen cable u-verse. Las casas adosadas tienen un paseo privado a la playa. Encimeras de granito en la cocina con máquina de hielo separada con capacidad para 55 libras por día. Hay pisos de travertino en toda la casa adosada, incluidas las cubiertas. Perfect rental!

This house is wonderful! It is very well equipped with anything you would need for your stay. The garage is full of many beach supplies so you don’t have to pack your own. The location is perfect with easy access to the beach. The complex is very quiet without any beach crowding. The owners were responsive, and allowed us to enter the property early once the cleaners were finished. Our family will hopefully be able to rent this property again.

Family Trip!

This place was absolutely amazing! The amenities are wonderful and the location was very put together. Our family had plenty of space and my little ones even said they felt like they were staying in a castle! The pictures did not do justice for this location. The beach was actually pretty private even though it is close to a public access. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

AMAZING Trip and Vacation Rental!

My family and I have vacationed at many beaches at the Atlantic Ocean and stayed in many vacation rentals. This was our first trip to the Gulf, and it was AMAZING! Jim’s and Brooke’s vacation rental was MORE than we could have ever wanted in a vacation home! Their home is luxurious, yet welcoming and comfortable! All of the generous amenities provided us with everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation! The location and views are SPECTACULAR and communicating with them was effortless! We are so grateful for their hospitality and hope to return in the future!

Vacation in Paradise

It is a great place for a family vacation. The beach was beautiful and right in front of the townhouse. The townhouse was well furnished and had plenty of space for family get- togethers. We have been coming to Navarre for almost 50 years and it is our go to happy place for our extended family to gather.

Wonderful Beach Home

Property was exactly as depicted in the listing. Plenty of room for my family of 6 with room to spare. Property is well equipped with everything needed for the stay. All the way from the mini fridges in each room, to the ice machine in the kitchen, to the beach chairs. Perfect location to the non crowded beach. Host was eager to answer any questions that we had and promptly replied. We will definitely try to book again for our next beach vacation.

Beach vacation

This has become our favorite place to stay in Navarre! The property can accommodate a couple families, it’s very spacious/cozy and the master bedroom balcony has an amazing view! We had an issue upon arriving and the owners were more than accommodating which was very appreciative! We plan to visit again in the future!

Wonderful View and Location

We had a wonderful time despite a whole week of double red flags so none of us could go in the water. We have been going to this island for 52 years and my children, grandchildren and extended family wouldn't consider it summer vacation without this annual beach trip.

Great beadh house!

Very clean when we checked in. We were in town early and were allowed to check in around 3 pm, we appreciated that. The owner was very accomodating and delivered a new vaccum to keep the sand off the tile/rugs. Great location with the beach very close! Definitely recommend!

Felt Like A Home

Wonderful stay. Most rental properties are stocked with just essentials for guests but you could tell that this was set up to make people feel at home. It had everything we needed and more. Plus on check in we found cookies set out for the kids and a bottle of champagne for the adults. Gorgeous home and view. We’ve already booked it for the same week next year. Can’t wait to get back.

Best beach trip!

This property was wonderful. The kitchen was very well appointed. Lots of room for 5 adults and a baby. The outside space was furnished nicely with too many extras to list. The pictures truly did not do it justice.

The Perfect Getaway

I can't say enough good about this place! The pictures don't do it justice. It's a beautiful home with all the accommodations. It was extremely clean when we arrived, with little personal touches like a welcome candy basket, clean linens, beach chairs and floaties, candles. It's located in a central spot on Navarre Beach that you can get to any restaurant or shopping within minutes. The owners are extremely accomodating and responsive to all the questions I had. The beach/Gulf views are priceless, not to mention having the beach to ourselves. We made lasting memories here and will be back!

Absolutely perfect!!

This place was absolute perfection from the moment we walked in the door. The home was beautiful and spacious. It was well stocked with just about everything you could possibly need. The views were spectacular. We loved the fact that we could walk out the back door and right on to the beach.

Perfect property, location, and service

This property was perfectly located on Navarre Beach and the owner was wonderful to work with. Beyond that, it was the little things that real made our stay wonderful - ice maker, champagne, plenty of kitchen items to cook. We are hoping to come back regularly.
