The location was great! We could walk to the train a couple of blocks away, and walk to restaurants, bars, and hotels, where other family members were staying for our family Wedding.

We chose this property for our teen/ it’s so close to coffee, breakfast and dinner. We loved adventuring out during the day and being able to walk to Arvada in the morning and evening.

Home away from home

Host was fantastic right out of the gate. It literally feels like you’re going home at the end of the day. Plenty to do in Arvada, 20 minutes from Denver or the mountains. Excellent location. Almost everything was thought of, excellent coffee bar for the mornings, amazing backyard for the evenings, TVs in almost every room, streaming options on every one of them. Much, much better than even an extremely nice hotel!
