¡Esta propiedad directa frente al golfo seguramente será un éxito! Ha sido completamente renovado para el 2016. Hay espectaculares puestas de sol desde el porche de Lanai y el nivel inferior permite el acceso directo a la playa frente al Golfo de México. Puede descansar junto a la piscina climatizada con magníficas vistas al jardín y al golfo, o dar un paseo rápido a la playa para disfrutar de sus brisas saladas y aguas acuáticas.

Esta propiedad tiene un dormitorio principal moderno y de buen gusto con cama king size, 2 armarios y un baño completo. El segundo dormitorio luminoso y alegre también cuenta con una cama king y comparte el baño. El tercer dormitorio cuenta con dos camas individuales y tiene acceso privado al segundo baño.

La cocina completamente equipada se abre en el comedor y sala de estar. Todo este espacio abierto tiene vistas a la playa y al agua. Nunca se cansará de ver la puesta de sol desde la comodidad de su hogar o más vívidamente a lo largo de la costa. El complejo tiene sus propias canchas de tenis y se encuentra en la ruta del tranvía para el transporte gratuito a todo lo que Anna Maria tiene para ofrecer, incluido el histórico pueblo que está lleno de tiendas y restaurantes interesantes y es el hogar de los jugadores de la isla, así como de Anna Maria. Museo de la Sociedad Histórica.

Location is great, access to the beach can't be better. Kitchen very well equiped and clean. Adding ceiling fans would make it perfect. Pool was wonderful.

Condo was nice, GREAT location right on the beach But the condo was hot.. note on A/C unit said to not set below 74 and you will be billed if a/c unit freezes and maintenance has to be called…. After a day in the sun on the beach I don’t want to sweat when I sleep. They did provide multiple fans and tried to be accommodating but it was hot..we had a leak under the kitchen sink but maintenance was very prompt and fixed it shortly after notified.

Great location but so hot in this unit! This unit has an issue with the AC…it was hotter inside the unit at night than it was on the beach…you are not permitted to open windows or doors, sleeping was definitely difficult being so hot. The location is great though and that’s why I chose it!

Island paradise

The property was clean and well stocked with anything you need. It was nice waking up with the beach out the screened porch, no better way to enjoy a cup of coffee! Easy to get to all the local destinations from it by car or bus system. Would definitely book it again.

Fantastic beachfront condo

You can't find a better beachfront location! The ease of access straight onto the sand can't be beat. Property management was helpful and responsive, the condo was clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and make themselves at home.

Pros: Location, nice swimming pool. Cons: air conditioning problems, no water pressure, uncomfortable beds, black mold around tubs, need updated kitchen items, beach chairs not in great shape. Could use a deep cleaning.

can not beat the view! 4 steps and you are in the sand, it was fantastic. place is perfect, however i wish the kitchen was a bit better appointed, toaster did not work, no salt and pepper, also only 1 bedroom has a tv. but otherwise a great vacation spot!

Fun week on Holmes Beach in Unit 3

The location of this property was amazing. Ocean front and only a few steps away from the water. The pool area was great and had a pool deck that was just off the beach. The condo was clean and the kitchen had everything you’d need to cook meals. There were lots of extra bath towels to use plus beach towels also. They had really nice beach chairs we used. They were great. There was a nice washer and dryer we used a lot. The condo was mostly updated with the exception of the furniture. The 2 king mattresses not so comfortable . The twin mattresses were fine. The thermostat couldn’t be lowered below 74 and it was a little warm in the condo. We enjoyed our week in Unit 3. It was quiet and peaceful and a very relaxing week at Holmes Beach.

Stay somewhere else

When we arrived it smelled very musty and almost moldy. The kitchen needs updating and the cupboards when you open them smell old and musty. The kitchen utensils are outdated. The bathroom shower was clogged. The toilet paper holder was behind the bathroom door and hard to get to. The one bedroom had old furniture that was gross. Only 2 tvs. No ceiling fans had to use box fans. The air conditioner finally started working and the humidity in there was 80 percent for the first day or so. Had to turn heat on and it smelled, it also kept shutting off like someone was shutting it off. The door to beach always stuck shut. Again the musty smell was gross. I had to go buy air freshners for the whole place. If i had not already paid i never would have brought our luggage in and stayed somewhere else. If it was gutted and redone would be really nice. We have paid less for much better properties. For the amount paid definitely should be alot nicer. The view is nice though.

I am sorry to hear that you did not have an ideal experience. We emphasize in our arrival instructions to please let us know upon arrival whether there are any issues. We could have remedied some of the issues while you were there. We might have been able to put you in a different unit. We know for sure that the kitchen utensils were just replaced prior to your stay. We are sorry they are not up to your standard. Really ….????????

2 week rental (can’t disclose the price) This includes ………………….. No soap No toilet paper No cleaning supplies, Windex, Clorox, paper toweling etc.. Only 6 towels, hand - face - body No laundry detergent Old and broken mismatched beach chairs Dishes same as towels ….not enough! No one available to help us when someone parked in our space… 2 week vacation for employees?? Really!? We called 3. numbers, all said on vacation. Someone in the office for just 2 hours in the am?? Said there was 3 TVs.. only 2 So basically… we paid every fee plus rental rate for a view and a roof over our heads. Then we are told if we put the air conditioner down below 74 degrees, we have to pay to get it fixed…. Wait—- What??? Maybe you need to get a new air conditioner that can go lower then 74! We all own AC unit’s that goes lower then 74 degrees without them breaking down. We have rented in Sanibel for the last 10 years first time at AMI. We have stayed at more expensive and less expensive but always have had the the amenities of a home. Maybe use some of the fees and stock your house with necessities of home. Plus side great view. I’m not trying to be mean or unrealistic it’s just the truth. Very disappointing. Got 2 stars because the ocean is beautiful!

Hi Diane, The rental office was not closed for 2 weeks I am not sure where you received that information. They did close for the holiday starting on Christmas Eve which was 6 days after your arrival. The rental office's emergency phone can be called 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. While we do recommend the AC's temps get turned down real low as it freezes the system, they are able to go below 74 degrees. We do not supply beach chairs, Clorox or Windex. We leave a starter pack which consists of a roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a couple dishwasher pods, some laundry detergent, and dish soap. All other items the guest would need to provide for themselves. There is a Publix on the island which makes it very convenient for guests to buy what they need for their vacation. We are sorry you experienced issues as this is NOT the norm. We strive to provide superior customer service. The condo you stayed at is gorgeous and we hope you had a great vacation. Thank you

🌅 Amazing view🏖

Overall our stay was amazing... We were literally 50 steps from the water! The view was beautiful (even during a few rain storms). Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys on the deck. Husband would setup our chairs on the beach directly off of our back deck every morning claiming our spot. We didn't even need a cooler! Need a drink? Snack? Walk back to house 😊 It was so convenient! We also loved being able to jump into the pool anytime. Grounds were beautiful around the property. The actual condo needs a bit of updating and a good cleaning. Mold growing in master shower, bugs in fixtures, cabinets and appliances need wiped down. The master king sized bed was so awful! We are not big people and husband was miserable after 1st night. Bed had severe dips in it and you almost have to crawl out of the "hole" to get out! Luckily our daughter swapped beds with us and we used the 2nd bedroom which was a bit less miserable. The couch in the living room also is very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. We LOVED the location, just think with a few updates this place could be outstanding! Sidenote... why is recycling not mandatory on the island? We are from Kansas and recycle 3/4 of our trash. Seems kind of crazy that we stayed on the ocean and there was no place to recycle anywhere that we saw on the island! It felt SO WRONG to be throwing away plastics, glass, cardboard, etc like that!
