My name is Tom. My wife Christine, our cousin Doris and I bought this house and partnered in short term renting the property. So far we have really enjoyed hosting. We've hosted quite a few interesting people and have enjoyed providing them with a nice place. Of course we've had a few outliers, but no real problems. We all enjoy traveling, and getting together with family.
Why they chose this property
Avondale is a growing, vibrant community. We remember when this area was open desert not so long ago. We chose this house for its location. Its close to the stadium, the raceway, and spring training for several major league teams. Also it makes a great place for family to stay when we all get together for holidays and family functions.
What makes this property unique
We've tried to make the house welcoming and functional. We've tried to think of what people would need, and provided those things. Its a place we would enjoy staying at.
