In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 8, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

This Kiawah Island oceanfront vacation rental boasts amazing ocean views, provides direct access to the beach boardwalk, and is located just steps from the seasonal community pool.

The main living space allows seamless flow and easy entertaining between the kitchen, dining and living areas. The fully equipped kitchen features an elevated island with two stools, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The dining room offers seating for 6. The living room offers a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, comfortable L-shaped sofa and a chair, plus access to a screened porch with a table and seating for 4 and stairs leading to the beach boardwalk. The laundry room and half bathroom complete the first floor.

The second floor features three bedrooms with private bathrooms. The second-floor oceanview primary suite boasts a king bed, flat-screen TV, private bathroom with shower/tub combination, and access to the shared second-floor deck. The second-floor oceanview queen bedroom has a flat-screen TV, private bathroom with shower, and access to the shared second-floor deck. The second-floor full bedroom includes a flat-screen TV and private bathroom with shower. The third-floor oceanview bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, private bathroom with shower, and private deck.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Grilling is not permitted at villas and is strictly enforced.

Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft). The pool is unheated and open seasonally.

Please note that this property has exterior security cameras that view the home's front and rear entrances. These cameras serve to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

Anniversary Visit

It had been almost a decade since our family visited Kiawah. We wanted to go back to the island to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. This location is a short walk away from the beach and easy to get to by car. The only (and this depends on your point of view) drawback is there is nothing to do but sit on the beach and play beach games.

Perfect spot

We absolutely loved the location of this property. We have been to Kiawah now four times and this is our favorite spot. Best views for the value. Easy access to the beach. Quiet community. Easy biking on the paths. It was a bonus to have an on-suite bathroom for each bedroom. There was plenty of storage in the kitchen for all our food. Third floor bedroom had fabulous beach views and plenty of privacy. We appreciated having bedrooms on a different floor than the living area especially when traveling with young children who need quiet for early sleep or naps. The furniture was all very comfy as well.

Nasty filthy condo needing extensive repairs. Misleading advertising. Needs updating. Notes all over the place on bvb things that did not work and could not use elevator to get heavy groceries to the main level. Should get a refund. Will not stay here again.

The beds were nice and the showers awesome. (important after a cold 13.1 miles!) The only thing I would recommend is getting new pillows and maybe another comfortable chair for the den. Someone always had to sit on the floor or the kitchen chair. I would rent this condo again. I also loved the convenience of check in and out.

Great views of the ocean!!! This villa is very nice, including comfortable beds, fully sticked kitchen wiith all the essentials for coooking, and a full size washer and dryer. This unit looks over the dune to the ocean with fantastic sunrises. Three balconies all facing the beach - perfect views.

It is a shame that the property wasn't in better shape because it is a great space.

Communication on how to get into property was poor. People at gate and island check in center were not helpful because we booked through a third party. Property was very nice but in need of upkeep. Lots of chipped paint in dining room, chipped paint on tables, TV/entertainment center looked like it was in the middle of installation. One TV on the floor not hooked up in the living room, the one that was hooked up was not hung in the wall spot but instead was sitting on a table with all the visible wires running from the wall. Just not professional and not expected for a property this nice. One of the beds was absolutely terrible. I'm still sore.

Comfortable ocean retreat

This is a great home in a great location and was a perfect place for our family to spend a week this spring. The property is nicely appointed and maintained, although there were a few maintenance issues with doors and windows that I chalk up to being early in the season. Easy walk to the beach and quiet. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to Kiawah.

Overall it was quite clean and well equipped, especially the kitchen. The bathrooms were well appointed also. My one complaint is the towels, which were small and very dingy. New towels would go a long way to make this an even higher rated property.
