This Townhome comes fully equipped with all of the ammenities you need to make your stay comfortable including WIFI, cable TV and In-unit washer and dryer. It is fully furnished, you will find everything that you need to make you feel right at home, just bring your food and personal items and we will provide the rest..
Dock available to dock your boat, with some restrictions - let us know if you plan to bring a boat so we can make sure we have space available. Have fun fishing right off the dock or take advantage of fishing the entire lake

We have arranged easy access for our guests with a smart keypad lock. You will receive a private code to access your space when we send your check-in instructions.
Please let me know if there is anything that will make your stay better. It is my goal that this space be an escape and retreat for you however I am available at all times for emergencies and during standard hours to answer and resolve any non-emergency issues.
It is extremely helpful to have good contact information available for a member of your party in the event I need to contact you to resolve issues or provide information. If we need to stop by for any reason I will do my best to contact you ahead of time but we will keep any disruptions to an absolute minimum.
Hill City is the perfect destination for all of your favorite out door recreation activities. We are tucked on the south end of Hill Lake directly adjacent to walking, biking, snowmobiling and ATV trails. Hill City is home to 3 Public Parks, a beach on beautiful hill lake and several small locally owned eating establishments with something for everyone! Come enjoy the fun, quiet life in the woods!

Operation of recreational vehicles, specifically ATVs , snowmobiles and golf carts shall be restricted to marked roadways only for the purpose of reaching the trail system so designated for their use. No one under the age of 16 is permitted to drive recreational vehicles on townhouse property. If documented complaints are received, additional charges will be assessed No parking or operation of any vehicle is permitted on any other part of the commons area. (Grass covered areas are specifically noted). No long-term dock storage is permitted (longer than 7 days). During peak season and holidays, renters should restrict their use to one day unless expressly agreed otherwise Pool use is restricted to owners and guests and is limited to the maximum number of persons staying on property who may occupy that unit All glass containers, including beer bottles, are prohibited in pool area. Please use the acrylic glasses in the unit for any beverages taken to the pool. The penalty for contaminating the pool is the cost of cleaning the pool, additional charges will be assessed. Other rules are posted at the pool.
Common walkways must be kept free of toys, bikes, sporting equipment or any other types of clutter at all times. Foot traffic, maintenance and emergency personnel must have unimpeded access 24 hours a day. Please DO NOT flush anything except toilet paper down the toilet No cooking oil down any drains PLEASE BE CAREFUL NEAR THE LAKE AT ALL TIMES PETS: - We are happy to welcome dogs with additional pet deposit - TWO DOGS MAXIMUM, no more than 40 lbs each - we can not accommodate cats PET OWNERS: Please keep your pets off of the furniture and plan to kennel them if they are left alone in the house Pet Owners - Please pick up all pet waste (use provided pet waste bags) and dispose in the outdoor trash cans. PET OWNERS: Plan to supervise your pets carefully and keep them on a leash for their safety and the wellbeing of other pets in the area. There is abundant wildlife in the area as well as other dogs in the area. PET OWNERS: Pets must be included on the reservation and pet fee paid prior to your arrival
